Houseproud is a furniture store. Simply takes your breath away with fabulous stock and great offers. Siobhan is the lady upstairs,she is absolutely amazing,helpful knowledgeable can't do enough to help. First class.

On arriving in store to look around I was mer with a lady who asked what I was after, so I told her, she then proceeded to direct me across the road to a charity shop very strange encounter, needless to say I did not get what I was looking for in either places. The stirring is very well laid out but is quite expensive.

I had a horrendous experience with this company. Ordered a 3 seater sofa and armchair which was scheduled to take 8-10 weeks to arrive. Ordered it in mid October and they guaranteed delivery by Christmas. On the same day I also ordered a rug and coffee table from them, which they told me they would put aside in their warehouse and it would be delivered alongside the sofa and armchair.I had to chase them regularly in November and December to check on the status of the sofa and armchair because I could tell they weren’t sure if it would arrive by Christmas or not, even though they had promised that it would.It was delivered the Saturday before Christmas and the whole order was wrong. The 3 seater sofa was from the right sofa range but was not the one I’d ordered. They sent me a love seat (2 seater armchair) instead of an armchair, which was too big for my living room. And as for the rug and coffee table they told me they had ‘set aside’ in their warehouse, they sold both of these items and didn’t have anymore in stock which they could sell to me. The whole sale was a disaster and I’d waited 9 weeks for it to arrive.The only compensation they offered me (noting that I had to chase them following the delivery disaster) was a £250 voucher to use at Houseproud and that was only on offer if I re-ordered the sofa through them again. I refused this poor offer and ordered a sofa from another store, I’m now going through another 8-10 week wait for a sofa because of their lack of competence. Never ever will shop with them again.

Product are great. However, delivery was an unpleasant experience.

Lots of beautiful furnishings and a lovely coffee shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. There is a lift and toilets with facilities for children and disabled. Parking on street is limited but car park not far away.

Please state your return and lack of refund policy when people buy. I spent £30 on glasses which I wanted to exchange for something else two days after I bought them and they were in perfect condition. Not a refund, exchange only. I was told that it is company policy that you cannot exchange anything.Such a short sighted policy. You could have resold the glasses and I would have had to put more money towards buying something else. I bought the glasses on a whim as I saw them in the window when I was passing. I've just moved into a new house and I definitely won't be buying any of the new furniture from you.

Good shop with a great range of household furniture and accessories for every room in the house. Price range is very reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Also has a fab place to eat - The Nook.

A very nice store over 3 levels, furniture to cover every room in the house with a large choice of beds, kitchen dining tables, mirrors, lamps, clocks etc etc, there is a lift if you need to use it and finance is available for payments, and after all that you can go to the cafie an have a wee treat, the staff are very helpfull and friendly.

I called into this store while passing through Strabane, it used to be the Old Linton & Robinson store, but wow has it changed, its bright airy and modern appearance makes you want to stay and browse, I was after kitchen chairs so asked the store staff what they had, the staff member was curtious and polite showing me a range of kitchen chairs but unfortunately they were all cloth covered chairs a d not suitable for grubby little hands, having grandchildren sorta spoils any chance of have something as modern as what was on offer, we browsed the rest of the store, prices were good a d the choice was great, I'll definitely call in here again in for a further look. Well worth a visit!

Great stock. Very helpful and friendly staff . The delivery drivers were great laugh and down to earth .
