I have been visiting In Trim for over 14 years now. They are a company who maintain traditional care alongside looking to improve and modernise. The pricing structure according to the stylists and treatment you have is completely fair and straight forward. I trust my hairdresser (Garf) 100%. He listens to me yet always advises me accordingly. No negative comments at all which is why I give 5 stars

I volunteered to have my hair cut for a potential new employees assessment. Hair cut was beyond awful, my hair was hacked and uneven and I went away after the salon owner checked the cut and style. On getting home and straightening the dodgy curly blow dry, my sister took photos and was absolutely mortified that a stylist of 4 years could produce such horrific results. The photos were sent to the salon owner who did not apologise in a professional manner and there was no goodwill gesture to at least try and sort out what had been done in his own salon. No further contact made. Overall shocking customer service.

Been going to Intrim for over 6 years now and my husband (hehe) has been going for over 10! Highly recommend Intrim. The team are all lovely and very knowledgable. Special shoutout to Lianne for doing mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding too, wouldn't have had anyone else. I guess a special thanks to garf too ;-) for trimming Chris' hair all this time and now unable to leave without breaking his heart haha!! (special mention to willis too xx) Mr & Mrs Harris xxx

Had my hair cut by Garf,today and as usual it is great. I also had a wonderfully relaxing head massage in what is quite simply the best hairdressers I've ever been to.

I have been having my hair coloured, cut and styled by Garf for several years now. When I first went into the salon to make an appointment I felt a bit nervous, but straight away one of the girls came over and put me at ease. Years later and the same thing happens when I go in to have my hair done, and it happens to everyone else who goes in. All the staff have been so well trained to be welcoming to clients and if you have an appointment and your stylist is not quite ready, you will be offered a cup of tea or coffee in the meantime.I love the way Garf always asks me what I have in mind regarding my hair and then we decide together what will be best for me. I make an appointment every 5 weeks or so and like to book a couple in advance because they can get quite busy! It's just a great salon!

Very nice staff and prices are reasonable for a wet haircut. I have been going here off and on for years, but I have stuck with them now since I had an argument in Chaps.But they are nicer in here anyhow.

Just come out of having my haircut.. I got my appointment this morning.. Spare of the moment as i work.. The staff was very helpful.. I had a lovely young man called Garf.. He was very friendly & he has given me a fantastic cut.. I am really chuffed!! He made me feel very comfortable & explained clearly what he thought was best for my type of hair.. I really do recommend.. I'm going back in six wks..5 stars!! My opinion..

Got my hair cut there for the very first time last week and am super happy. Also received a toe-curling-good scalp massage. So good! Thank you very much indeed. Will definitely go again :)

Lovely salon, such friendly staff, who are extremely professional and talk you through any new styles, colours or cuts you may want. They will give honest opinions to make the most of your hair. Can't recommend them highly enough! A+++

I have found that this is the best salon to go to for my flyaway curls, I always get a great cut. I had compliments from a friend within 10 mins of my cut. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. Always recommend people I know to use this salon.
