Been using Gary, Allie and Team since I started my business almost 7 years ago. Throughout that time including Covid they have gone above and beyond with any question, query, or problem that has arisen. It’s such an easy working relationship, highly highly recommend VW Taxation.

Sorry for the lack luster review but this is how the entire experience has left me feeling.The lack of feed back has been poor to say the least. I have had to constantly call them to find out what was going on.Also when I contacted them and was given the amount to be submitted I didn't hear anything back for almost 3 weeks and when I called again was asked if I was told the amount to be submitted to HMRC. This tells me the first time I confirmed with them to go ahead this wasn't done. This wasn't the first time, last year wasn't great either.All my colleagues who use them have had great service and were contacted and processed in a timely manner, maybe somehow I keep falling through the net".For the cost of their service fee

I have used VW Taxation for years for my accounts and will continue to do so. Gary and the team are friendly and approachable, and always quick to respond to any queries when required. A very professional and reliable service!
