no help at allpurchased a car from this company in July. changed my mind within the 2 weeks return period however the owner was conveniently on holiday so now im stuck with it. bluetooth went wrong within a few weeks and the window works when it wants to. called for assistance and was told nothing will be done. last kia i buy and the last time i use kelshall cars

We recently visited this place and agreed to take a car. I have asked the vendor if there are issues with the car - and said all working fine. We have agreed that I will hire a third-party mechanic and will amend changes in the car before we buy it (made the deposit straightaway). He is happy with this. The mechanic found out that the air-conditioning is not working as well as the remote keys. But a day later, he told me he won't fix it. Not happy with this. This is our first family car, so I have to make sure that I am not buying junk and do the repairs later. A man without his word.

I was travelling from Kent to see the car, and John was so nice to pick me up from the train station. Even that I didn’t buy the car and he had to take me back to the station, he was very polite and professional. Definitely the place where you want to buy car from.

My misses wanted too view a car today, had the cash too take it off his hands that day, however her brother does nights and only woke up this afternoon too tell her he couldn't take her too view the car. She then rung John too let him know she wouldn't make it and John them proceed too tell her she was lying and how he'd taken time out of his precious Sunday too walk through the gates of hell and try and sell a car too somebody... God forbid! To us the car was sold but John's attitude bulldozed it.AVOID AVOID AVOID.
