A journey from Newquay to Porth which during winter months cost £9.00 went up to £35 - £40 during Boardmasters weekend.This is a taxi service that you rarely see on he rank as they are based at Newquay Airport however for Boardmasters weekend I've never seen so many coastline travel taxis on the rank. I know Boardmasters weekend is busy, however at the point that i needed to travel it wasn't. Even calling base and asking for a quote the quote was £35 - £40. I called another service who charged £12 and quoted £12.I'm sooo angry at the exploration.Myself and my family work in local hotels and will not be using this company.I'm thoroughly thoroughly disgusted with you. Exploitation during this cost of living crisis.

I booked a taxi after getting off my flight from Manchester Airport. It was for a 10min jouney from Newquay Airport to Newquay Bay Resort. The monitor firstly read £4 as a starting fee. Then read £13.80 when I arrived at the destination. I was then charged £19. No explanation as to why the fare was changed verbally to £19. The monitor read £13.80. I will be travelling by an alternative company in the future.

Very efficient service. My plane was 2 hours late but they knew that and were still there to collect me when I arrived. The driver was brilliant. We chatted all the way to Redruth. Only problem was the card machine which charged me twice but when I realised the error, u called them and the money was refunded.

One of their drivers thought she was Lewis Hamilton racing to Newquay and almost involved in several collisions. FJ18 UJL - will not use again, I value my life too much.If you use this company then you are keeping dangerous drivers on the road and putting others lives at risk.

We used coastline to and from Newquay to Padstow. Excellent service from start to finish. Drivers extremely friendly and helpful.

The new taxi office located next to the arrival hall is really taking off at Newquay airport. Excuse the pun.Seating area for customers.Hot and cold drinks and snacks machines availability.There is a toilet just a few steps away in arrivals.This is the airports only taxi business/company.I can advise you to pre book and save you a possible wait.Accessibility friendly and a good selection of vehicles from 4 seaters to coach size 34 people plus.

Roger was our driver on three different occasions and went out of his way to help us with a medical emergency. Always on time, super friendly, fair pricing. We booked ahead and he made us feel welcome on our first visit to Cornwall. Couldn’t have asked for more. Exceeded our expectations on multiple occasions.we would give him 10 stars if we could.

C'mon Coastline, you can do better. You were 0 for 3 on the 3 pickups of our family of 8. Late by 15 minutes, 45 minutes, and 20 minutes. Sure, I know that stuff happens beyond your control, but why is there no reaching out to the client? You guys are highly automated, so why not call the customer with an update? It sure would diffuse the frustration.
