Platinum Mobility is quite honestly the best Mobility supplier with whom I have ever dealt.After suffering the disappointment of being beaten to the perfect chair by another buyer, (my fault, I was not quick enough), Rachel and Logan went above and beyond to source me another chair.They kept me regularly updated with their search and within a fortnight of looking they found me exactly what I needed, which is better than the one I had originally hoped to buy.Now, I am the proud owner of a new chair, and although I am confident that it is in great condition; I have no doubt that should any problems arise, they will be dealt with just as efficiently as the search has been.Thank you, Rachel and Logan for everything, and I genuinely 100% recommend Platinum to anyone looking for any form of Mobility device.

Incredible service! After the customer service I received before even purchasing, I drove 3.5 hours to meet the Platinum team. Incredible product, second to none & family based sales and service. Everything you would want when buying a product you know nothing about. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, so helpful and honest. I purchased a replacement leg rest for my Dad, which arrived promptly. I only wish we’d have bought the wheelchair from them and won’t hesitate to purchase from Platinum Mobility in the future, so much better than other companies I have dealt with.Thank you!

Sorry to say that being fortunate enough to have purchased a scooter at a fraction of its value, Platinum Mobility did not live up to its customer service claims. Their payment had to be chased 2 weeks later and no explanation or apology was offered.

I have used platinum a few times now and each time the service has been excellent. Second hand parts at very good prices. Take the stress out of your life when you know you can depend on good service.

I had wanted a spare back up power wheelchair for a long time but felt insecure about where to buy one from. Then, I discovered Platinum Mobility. I purchased a Salsa M2 wheelchair with tilt and riser from them online. Logan, the owner, was very helpful and the chair was duly delivered by Jason. Both are patient and endeavour to do whatever alterations you need for the chair to be right for you.Unfortunately, after the chair had been dropped off I realised the seat was 2 inches wider than my present one, making it to wide to get through one of my narrower doors.Hence, I drove to their workshop to see if they could alter the seat cushion and back for me. Hooray, they both worked together to alter the chair accordingly and a new cushion and back was fitted. They are both very obliging, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend them. I purchased a Pride Quantum Edge 2 i level electric wheelchair in November 2022 from James and it was a bargain.I am so pleased with it and it replaced the Pride Jazzy and my Pride mobility scooter.I have visited Platinum again today to get a few things adjusted and to upgrade the seating and again the customer service was second to none, thank you Lindon.

Purchased a used electric wheelchair. Great service all round I must say. Run by Logan and his staff. If you ever want a used wheelchair go here. You can't go wrong with the service they give. Thanks all
