Skoda engine cover missing after I had repairs made. Check your car is complete after work is done. Take photographs.........FL53WSX Skoda mot 8th June 2016.I took photographs before and after. Engine cover stolen. Tried to speak with the manager. Did not get back to me. Why not catch the thief instead of putting your head in the sand.

Brilliant garage been going here for years, very honest, trustworthy, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Booked my car in to have a car camera wired in and for the platinum service as my car needed everything doing. I use my car for work (NHS community wound care nurse). Dropped the car of on a Friday morning around 8:30am, went to pick it up Saturday at 8am. Unfortunately the car was not ready, the service was not complete and they had not wired the camera. I had the car booked in for new tyres at kwik-fit at 9 so I could not leave the car there for them to finish the work. They apologised, then I waited 40mins for them to prepare the car and arranged to have the rest of the service and camera done the following Saturday. On the next Saturday i returned, it didn’t seem like my car was of any priority, I was told to come back around 11:00.At 11:00 the service was done, however the camera was not hardwired in. I had discussed having this done when booking my first visit, so part of the camera wiring was done but not what I discussed originally.They charged me for the service but not for any of the work they did for the camera.2 stars because nothing was convenient about having my car serviced at this garage, staff are busy with servicing the taxi rank cars that are attached to the garage. Wouldn’t recommend this garage if you need work doing in a timely manner.

Booked over the phone for an M.O.T. Staff extremely helpful getting a time sorted as soon as possible. Dropped the car in the next day and a personal phone call to let me know when it was ready. Mechanic pulled the car round for me on arrival. Everything wiped down and sprayed as he got out the car. Fair price.Thumbs up.

Completely disorganised garage. I booked for a full service. I told them, if no issues noticed after full service completed and if you got available time, go ahead for a MOT. If any issue noticed during full service, call me and let me know.Around 11am some lady called me and told that my car was failed on MOT. I asked why the issue was not noticed on Full Service and she told me that the full service will be done after MOT!And told my car will be ready on next day only. I told: you have done something that I didn’t asked you to do. I told you to to full service and let me know if any issue noticed. Full service hasn’t been done. I need the car to work so, you need to fix today. After another 3 calls they told me to collect the car at 4:30pm. When I was there 4:30pm, the car wasn’t ready and asked me to wait extra hour to complete the fix and to redo the MOT . When I was waiting, another lady called me telling the car won’t be ready and to collect o on day after. I told: I’m already awaiting on the reception and she told me to disregard about the information.I paid for the fix and I checked the car and as I suspected, the full service hasn’t been done as the oil is very dirty and in the same level that I delivered and the oil tank cap covered with dust and prove that nobody touched there.I won’t come back to this garage and also, I do not recommend to anybody
