We lost our labrador on 23rd September. He had been having breathing problems which I always managed to sort out with massage but this time we knew we could not help him and he died in my arms. He had gone down the garden in his usual morning routine but did not come back and I went out to find him. My wife telephoned the practice and they asked to bring him down.We did so and were taken to a side part of the building where a trolley had been prepared with a green cover on it. We got Ragnar on to the trolley and the receptionist and nurse stood quietly by whilst we said our goodbyes. They did not try to hurry us which was kind as we could not bear to leave him. There were a lot of tears as he was so very special. We did in the end but knew he would be treated well. He went to Wales for cremation the following Wednesday and then came back home to us the Wednesday after.We do thank the girls and everyone in the practice who were so kind.We discuss him, his wonderful personality and funny little ways and can now only remember

Tilly needed a opp and was referred to a specialist which was very successful all the follow up was done at North park and as always all the staff were amazing many thanks to you all !!

The vets are all very friendly, and their love of animals shines through.

Brilliant Ben was very thorough explained everything well and was sympathetic with my anxious dog. Must mention Bryony here as without her patience with Coco over the years Coco would not have let Ben near her! Great team highly recommend.

Its very clean. The reception was welcoming and professional. I took a bird of prey into the surgery as I found it on the verge bleeding and unable to walk. I hope it is fixed but if it is not such positive news they gave me every impression they would be caring and compassionate about its wellbeing.

The receptionists are so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Nice surgery, vet was very friendly and all very reasonably priced.

Professional, knowledgable and overall a very good practice. I was very pleased with their response time, as we required a emergency vet out of hours. Ran all the checks I wished for, and was very kind by explaining everything to me. I was very impressed and would use them again:)

We aren't from the local area and we visited today with our poorly diabetic dog and I couldn't have asked for better. From the moment we walked in the service was exceptional. The receptionist, the nurses and the vets were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Our poor pup had to have urgent surgery and the care given by Ben was excellent before ,during and after. We can't thank North Park enough
