The worst customer service I ever experienced. Staff are rude and ignorant and literally hate their lives and the people they serve. Don’t bother making a complaint to the Post Office either as it just gets ignored. How these people are in customer facing employment baffles me. The old bloke and hatchet faced women are the worst.

Cashier Rose was rude and advising not to deposit cheques for my santander account as they go missing and you have to start cancelling and reordering. Very unhelpful advice and a bit strange tbh. Will be reporting to Santander as according to Rose i should tell them to stop sending customers to her post office complaining about missing chques.Snotty madamJennifer

Larry who works on the counter is the most miserable man who should not be working with the general public. I always go in first thing in the morning so God knows what he's like later on in the day! Doesn't even acknowledge you and only speaks to you if he absolutely has to. Avoid.

5 customers in shop only two wearing a mask. The male serving on the digital post office desk didn't wear a mask either,only two counters open yet four female staff present, he couldn't be any ruder when you ask him a question. Definitely avoid this post office in future first and last time for me.

Always get everything sorted no problem, staff is friendly and efficient.This post office is MUCH better than the one on Murihead avenue which has extremely rude staff.

I used to received a decent service from here, that was until all the old staff left and have been replaced with the rudest, unhelpful and unsuitable people for the role imaginable- especially the manager who doesn't know how to do his job properly and goes into full on toddler tantrum mode instead of dealing with queries in a reasonable and adult manner. If you expect service with a smile then you certainly won't get it here.

I use this post office a lot and just have to say the staff is fab. No matter how busy it is everyone is always smiling and very helpful - highly recommended!
