Jane is absolutely amazing. I didn't wear my wedding dress due to Covid-19 and after failing to sell the dress on Still White, Facebook and Vinted, I gave the dress to Jane. Jane sold it within 3 weeks! Beautiful shop, lovely lady - I highly recommend her services.

It was a great visit. Jayne made my daughter (the bride to be) feel very relaxed and that it was all about her and how She felt. Jayne listened to what was said and patiently helped find the perfect dress at an excellent price too.

I had such a lovely experience at Preloved Bridal. I booked an appointment to try on accessories and Jayne was very welcoming and made me feel really positive and relaxed throughout. There were so many beautiful accessories to try and they were great value for money too! With Jayne's guidance and advice I found the perfect headpiece for my dress. It was the perfect match and l and I am so glad I had my accessory appointment here. There were also so many gorgeous dresses for amazing prices!! I would highly recommend!

Jayne was so good, her eye for matching accessories was brilliant. Once I'd chosen the dress she rushed around the shop and chose a veil, headband, bolero and belt that all matched the dress perfectly, especially considering it was an usual colour (champagne). I'd been to one other bridal shop and they didn't show as much enthusiasm and eye for detail as Jayne did. Her seamstress Adele (Belle's Alterations) was equally fantastic. I would definitely recommend you book an appointment at Pre-loved Bridal.

I had the best experience at Pre-Loved Bridal Boutique. It was the first (and only - I didn't need to go anywhere else!) wedding dress shop I went to, and Jayne was just amazing - putting me at ease about the whole thing and giving helpful advice and guidance. It ended up being such an intimate and joyful experience, me and my whole party had a lot of fun and I found the most perfect dress and a ridiculously good price - it wasn't at all what I expected to chose when I walked in, but with Jayne's experience and support I was overjoyed to find the one that I did. Jayne was brilliant and her range of dresses incredible. I couldn't recommend this bridal boutique more highly!

Had the most amazing experience at this bridal boutique two Tuesdays in a row. I was looking for wedding dresses at the same time as my sister-in-law-to-be, so we booked a double appointment and ended up staying for two and a half hours each time! Jayne was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The boutique is in her home and so beautifully laid out and comfortable, with thick carpets and beautiful decor....and of course, wall-to-wall wedding dresses! Jayne took the time to get to know a bit about us and what we had in mind, then instead of inviting us to look through the rails as with most other bridal shops, she picked a first dress out for us to try on to get an idea of our size, then one by one she would read our reactions, check the style/sizing, and each time choose a dress that was more perfect than the one before. She didn't rush us or try any hard sell, she was very honest with her opinions and we welcomed her obvious experience and expertise. She presented us with various accessories to try different looks with different dresses until by the end of our first session we were each so torn between two that we couldn't decide, and then by the end of the second session we had both bought our dream dress! Both ex-sample, both beautiful quality, and both a fraction of the original price - I'm in a state of mild depression now that it's all over because we had such a wonderful time, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else if you're looking for a wedding dress - her selection is so vast and far exceeds any bridal shop, and Jayne's manner and expertise is worth its weight in gold. Try it, you won't regret it!
