The Palm Suite

I recently went to Palm Suite, and it was really awesome! The food was super yummy, and they're great at organizing events and making the place look beautiful. The people who work there are really good at their jobs.When I walked in, everything looked so nice and fancy. They pay a lot of attention to how things look, and it shows.Now, about the food - it was seriously delicious. They have a lot of different dishes, and all of them tasted really, really good. From the starters to the desserts, everything was just perfect.What makes Palm Suite extra special is how well they handle events. The event I went to went really smoothly, and they made sure everything was just right. The people working there are super professional.So, if you want a place with tasty food, great event planning, and a beautiful setup, you should definitely check out Palm Suite. You won't be disappointed!

There were around 25-30 dishes to chose from, most of the food was Indian variety and food quality was not as good as 5 stars but I can give it a 4/5 , the presentation was 5 stars. I was with my family and enjoyed the whole evening, the customer service was alright and we ordered some lamb chop which is not available on the buffet table. However, we actually got them as soon as we asked, this is an average place to choose from, the hygiene was average, there is plenty of free car parking available,this is also a wedding venue. This is the only Indian buffet place you will find in Oldham and the damage was average , £25 per person (including drink) but the buffet was only £20 per person.

Very nice food alhamdullilah and plenty of variety. The downside was that the menu outside for that particular rotation week was not all there and the desserts were not all there also .the only thing bad that made me give a 4 star was the ice cream which was very poor quality and the full menu was not out but apart from that everything else was top notch ...the chops were fantastic at this place and so was the hospitality. Good eatery in oldham.Do not forget to ask for lamb chops, they only give it when you ask for it.Nihari is good. Paaye is delicious too.

The decor is nice. The food is standard. The buffet could have been laid out better. It was like queuing up for food in a school canteen. The dining room was very smoky when we arrived, raising questions about ventilation. The seats and tables are comfortable. The staff are friendly. Car park is very limited. There is an Asda car park beside it. They only take cash and don’t allow card payments so just be aware of that. The dessert area is limited with one person giving out the desserts, creating another school canteen queue.

We went to the Palm restaurant around 6pm on a Sunday. We didn't have a reservation but were seated without needing to wait. I'd say the restaurant was about 50% full.Signs were in the door advising that they don't take card payments, so cash is needed.Servers were quick to come over to take a drink order. I explained it was our first visit so wddynever seen the menu before and they patiently waited whilst we looked at drink menu.After noting our drinks order, he explained the buffet set up and that you could order lamb chops or noodles specifically. Everything else was available on the buffet.Food was good - fresh out across the board but sadly only two vegetarian curries (not great for the vegetarians in our group). Plenty of meat dishes available though.Overall - good service and choice. We would go again.
