Chick chicken
Rotten. Pizza was dry and tasteless. Chicken was rough, tasteless, luke warm and about as enjoyable as a kick in the bollox. Toppings tasted like disappointment. Expensive for what it is. May have enjoyed it if I hadn’t eaten in a week. My dog seemed to enjoy it though. Every cloud. Avoid!

Recently had the misfortune of watching their delivery driver picking his nose, examining it and making a snot ball, whilst trying to eat my chicken. This same delivery driver will be delivering your food today.Also what happened to the discount funded by the government.On the plus side they managed to obtain a 1 Food Standards Hygiene rating - well impressed - avoid this establishment, your stomach will thank you.

Chicken is very very salty. On Uber eats you HAVE to add some salt on it and they drench in salt. And somehow the pizzas salty too. Oh dear the whole shop should be called salt with some chicken

Would give below one star but no option for that. Ordered and was charged for BBQ wings yet sent normal wings. When I called to get a refund they said they don't do refunds. They said they will send a box of bbq wings out. So I was unable to enjoy my wings with my food as I wanted to do. Also after saying I will have the wings in 30 minutes I had to call back an hour later and was told the driver is just leaving now. Very disappointing as the food was all thrown in the bags too. They charge a lot more now for rubbish service and food quality. No big containers for meals either.

Ordered 25 chicken wings - arrived over cooked. As a experienced chef the wings have reheated in deep fryer. The taste was disgusting- very salty and couldn't taste the chicken. Every bite was crisp -tasted like eating ashes! I won't bother there again!

Rude customer service.Cancelled my order cause my lift broken but I put in my notice I could come downstairs to collect but still Cancelled now I got to wait 14 working days for my money but they can take it in seconds. Used to love ordering from this place but won't be no more

Fantastic Pizza and chicken.The pizza is far better than other big chains and the grilled peri peri chicken (full or half) is as good as Nandos if not better.I had many meals there. Sometimes due to being busy they tend to forget your order and you have to wait. This happened a few times so a point for improvement.

Ordered through just eat ...order cancelled after waiting an hour .... called to ask why and guy on the phone was rude .. disrespectful and accused us of not answering our front door to the delivery driver .. even though I have three massive dogs who bark if a car drives past let alone if the door knocks ..... had no time to explain why he was lying and hung up the phone .... Will never use this store again... only gave a 1 star cause I couldn't give a 0 .... please avoid these absolute rude people

Ordered at 17:47 from Deliveroo and was told to expect the order at 18:30. I called the shop at 18:45 and was told it would be another 10-15 mins. 20 mins later, the food had still not arrived so I rang again and they kept picking up the phone then hanging up again. I contacted Deliveroo and they were also unable to reach the restaurant so we gave up and I ended up scraping together dinner at 19:00. Then we got a knock on our door at 21:11 with the food that we’d ordered, except they forgot one of the items we ordered and the fries were soggy and covered in the wrong seasoning. Only order from here if you’re okay with being lied to and going hungry.

Very basic. I love a chicken shop but it's not the one I'd recommend to other chicken shop lovers. Chicken quality 3/10Breading 4/10 freshness 2/10 they obviously don't throw anything away regardless how long it's spent on the hot plate
