Collecting the was relatively straightforward for my first reservation. Customer service was very helpful and patient.

Terrible car sharing company. Expensive and they'll always find ways to suck money out of you. And when you call up, their customer service is appalling! I used them for a few weeks and ended up paying more then I would have paid for my own car... Canceled my account and will never use again.

The car in this location is pretty decent, haven't had any major issues so far. Nice quiet location to pick up a rental car.Bit of a wait to get connected to customer care sometimes but they are always friendly and helpful in assisting with any issues.I wish there was another car around just to give some extra capacity around this area. There's not much choice around so if someone's booked it this weekend it's just tough luck.
