they advertise cars they don't have I rang up about a Honda they said was for sale told me its sold there still got it up for sale might be a scam

BE WARNED! J & M Bespoke have mislead me and promised repairs on a vehicle I purchased from them and are in violation of the Consumer Rights Act. They led my wife and I on that they were sending parts and service documents for the vehicle and that repairs would be carried out, but are now a month after purchasing the vehicle returning any phone calls or emails. They've gone on the run from the legal responsibility as a registered auto dealer and taking advantage of consumers through your website. I believe as well they do not actually have the vehicles the list on your site as was the case just sold" when I called them about the vehicle I wished to inquire about and that another would be customer warned about in their google reviews. It appears they are bating people with vehicles they do not really have and then offering to find one similar. Please look into this dealer as I am having to pursue legal action against them in my situation now."

Bought a BMW a couple of weeks ago. Received excellent customer service from Jo, who was very customer orientated. Nothing was too much trouble for him! Would definitely recommend his services to anyone
