We were visiting from another country and I decided to pop in for a baked potato my daughters were hungry so had greggs rolls with them, I ordered my food sat down and we were basically told to leave if my daughters wanted to eat their food which wasn’t purchased there, I found the service poor food was ok I wouldn’t go back so rude!!!!! Not a kid friendly spot at all

I could wax lyrical about this place for ages but I will keep it short.This cafe is an absolute must if you fancy a good old English breakfast in the centre of Brum.Super food, decent prices but most importantly warm, friendly and polite staff.I love this place.

Stopped off for breakfast before making our way to the coach station. Staff very polite and cafe itself looks clean. Food was tasty and reasonably priced for a city centre cafe.

No nonsense caff, one of the very few still in existence in this city sadly. The quality of certain things could be improved but it’s the cheapest full English breakfast in the city.

Today we travelled to Birmingham to review Cafe Neo !!! A famous chipshop and breakfast place which is attached to the indoor market. We came today Mother and Father and our two kids, we ordered 4x large battered sausages, 4 x chips and curry sauce to go all over the tops of each meal and we dined in to eat it all, the food was made within 10 minutes from ordering it, to it being served at the table, the food was piping hot, both the chips and the battered sausage were cooked to perfection. The staff were very helpful and eager to help you. We travelled from Northamptonshire to the chip shop, but they were unaware that we were doing a review for Google so we got a non biased food order.Now for our review ☆☆☆☆☆Cleanliness ☆☆☆☆☆Hygiene ☆☆☆☆☆Food Quality ☆☆☆☆☆Food prices ☆☆☆Toilets ( across the road in the market)Friendliness of staff ☆☆☆☆☆Food portions ☆☆☆☆☆28/30 would of given 30/30 but the prices were a little high which did not reflect the quality of the food, but regardless Cafe Neo was very busy and have been told by the regulars that it's always busy. Maybe this is why they can afford to keep there prices high.

Spent 10 quids for large cod and chips with curry sauce. Initially I thought it was a bit high, but got satisfied after finishing the plate. Good quality food with fast and friendly service, will go there again soon in the future.

A typical cafe, but in the very best way. Had the big breakfast quality ingredients and wonderfully cooked. Couldn't eat it all! Tea comes from a pot, which is a very nice touch. Lots of porters from the indoor Market next door are using this that speaks volumes!
