The Elegance Banqueting Suite

On behalf of my dad and his wifeWe got married here Saturday 16th April 2022 and wouldn't have chosen any other place. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating to our needs we were both stressed out already because you know how weddings are but our nerves were put at ease the whole duration of our party at this venue

Yesterday, it was my baby daughter's party gathering. The party was in the venue. I want to thank the manager of the venue because the decoration was perfect and the staff were kind and polite. They were doing their job perfectly. The food was delicious and warm and the guests liked the food. The venue is very clean and the team is very social with their customers. I advice anyone in Manchester to use this venue for any type of party or event.

Nice place food serving area for buffet wasn't well lit up ran out forks staff didn't notice 1 staff member was on her mobile while serving at the tables waiting staff were picking up plates with food with out asking if the person was finished not professional .

I attended a birthday at thia venue booked by my cousins; as a close relative and having close involvement in the booking/event, the attitude, the level disrespect and non professional attire by the so called events manager"

Booked this venue for my daughter’s birthday not long ago and the experience we had right towards the end of our event was very unprofessional.2 faced manager (ABID) who twists his words for his own convenience and caused a lot of misunderstanding amongst the clients and other professional event organisers. He also will go down the root of showing his own clients up in front of other people if the matter isn’t going his way.My whole family were disgusted with his behaviour. He showed no respect when talking to a female too.I will agree with most people who have said the food was cold cos it was, food served in such a rush and were very stingy when serving drink bottles to our guests.Also to add one more thing we booked 6-11pm and we did everything within the timing booked but towards the end we got out slightly after 11pm due to the chaos he created. All of my party organisers came on time to pick their stuff up but MR ABID stops them so the party for the next day can get nearly everything I had booked and paid for because he cheated them too. I know when MR ABID sees this he will come back with rubbish to say for this review I have left because he is the kind of person who will not want the truth out. He wants everyone to see him as I did you a favour and I got your contacts out there when really he is the one who is robbing his clients. Only thinks about making money not happy returning clients. ****Please please please AVOID this place****

We filmed a wedding here, the venue was brilliant. The boss is very accommodating and such a lovely guy. We found out that he has family in Birmingham where we live! Great place, highly recommended for your events a day got lots of parking.

Promises the world, takes the money upfront and doesn’t deliver. He took out my main meal & replaced with a cheap dish to 200 guests. Disorganised, running around and very unprofessional. He told my guests that I requested the cheapest dish on the menu!! I wouldn’t even give 1 star. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Got the venue for our son's wedding. It was really good!. Amazing staff. All we asked was done. The owner was very accommodating. Will get it again

The customer service was incredibly unprofessional. I was asked unnecessary questions, I was told “do you want me to be sympathetic to you” when I told the man about a pricey quote I received for some external catering. Not only this but the Banqueting Suite’s WhatsApp picture changed to something incredibly derogatory and obscene following a message that was sent to me regarding some examples of a stage design.This is not a fake review, I have proof of the WhatsApp picture, along with the number I called and the duration of the call. Further to this, the company has since blocked my number on WhatsApp.Incredibly unprofessional and cannot accept a truthful negative review. Please be careful before you book with them.

I approached the venue because we wanted to do a charity event to raise money for Syria and Turkey. One of our organisation members had hid wedding hear last year and she highly recommended this banqueting suite. I am really pleased with everything and the manager and staff were really good with everyone. We will definitely use again for our next fundraising event.Thank youAbdul
