Fun Valley bolton

Came today for the 1st time. Not really suitable for babies under 1. Looks amazing for toddlers and older children. A few points to pick up on. It was absolutely freezing. There was. O where to dry your hands in the baby changing and the tap in toilet didn't work. The food was lovely but we waited 40 mins for a simple meal cause they ran out of chips but didn't find the decency to come and inform us. Could be an amazing place but no today.

Staff very impersonal. Signs telling you to keep your area clean/tidy, or they reserve the right to ask you to clean up! Small table made it hard to keep anything tidy. Was given a pager when ordering food, had to collect our own order when the pager went off! Food very lacklustre and disappointing, considering the price. Plain sandwiches with stale crusts in places. I ordered a tuna/mayo, no wholemeal or brown bread option, no salad or side salad included and everything was served on polystyrene chip trays. My husband said his tikka burger was dry and tasteless (even with chilli and garlic sauce). Grandkids wouldn't eat the chicken dippers, their mum said they tasted funny. Chips were okay, but portions were small, and we had to buy the sachets of vinegar and ketchup. Cappuccino more like a flat white with cold milk bubbles on top. Served with a thin wooden stick to stir sugar into your drink. White sugar only, no brown sugar, or saccharine for my diabetic husband. Grandkids enjoyed the toddler play area, but little one was hurt by an unsupervised child running into her.Overall was not a good experience. We won't be visiting Fun Valley again.

Good place for kids. A bit overcrowded and mismanaged. You will have to take your own sanitizing products and keep an eye out for your child's safety yourself. Staff looks pretty less inspired.

I went here for a children's birthday party.Was pleasantly surprised by the food, I got a spicy chicken burger and chips and thoroughly enjoyed it (could have done with a few more chips though).Coffee was on a Rijo machine and was really tasty.Kids had a great time on the equipment.The kids party room does need a bit more light in my opinion.

Have taken my Grandson to many soft play centres around the North West and this is up there with the best. Great value, food is good, staff are pleasant and helpful. The biggest plus for the kids is the 4 lane slide. Fastest slide we have been on. My grandson spent an hour just going down it laughing his head off. Highly recommended.

Fabulous play centre for kids. It has a smaller area for little ones (up to 4 years old) and a huge area for older kids.Food and drinks can be ordered.When you pay admission fee you are allocated a table fir up yo two hours.This is one of the best play centres we have been to but it does get extremely busy during holiday periods.It's also very clean.

I have visited the playcentre three times with my granddaughter. Each time she has had a thoroughly good time. It's the cleanest play area I have ever been to. Both the play equipment and table and chairs are spotless. Today whilst I was there staff were cleaning all the tables and chairs that were not in use.

Great place for kids and nice food. All very reasonably priced. Special mention to the staff who were very helpful, polite and quick to clear and clean the tables. Very well run place, will definitely return

I took my 1 year for the first time and it was not a nice experience. In the under 4 year area there were older children that kept jumping over my child. In the last half hour 5.30pm it got quieter and I thought great my baby can explore without me been worried, my baby was just about relaxing when the staff put the vacuum on at 5.45, this made my baby jump and refused to play. I thought I'll mention it to the manager before I leave because we had infact paid until 6pm. The manager was so rude, she raised her voice and started arguing with me. Another man came along and tried to hand me a refund. I told him I don't want a refund, I just wanted to mention it so this doesn't happen if we come again. The lady manager shouted don't come again and take your money. I can't believe that just happened, was not expecting a confrontation. Bad customer service, was planning on going again but no thanks. Please avoid I'm sure there are other more friendly soft play places around.

Had my daughters 3rd birthday here so i will Start by saying the best soft play I have been to. Amazing staff, who look after you very well. Food was very very good and lots of variety on the menu not just for kids but also for adults. It was also lovely to see how staff members are keeping everything clean in the soft play area as well as around. Hygiene is one of the key things especially this time of year. The staff were all lovely and very helpful with the needs for kids and adults. Also very well spoken. If you are thinking about taking kids for a super fun time this is the place to go. Everyone had a blast. Thanks to all the staff once again and we will be coming back at every opportunity we get. On site parking available and the prices for soft play are unreal and you will not find these prices anywhere. 12 out of 10.
