Sarah offers a very friendly and professional service and will do anything in her capacity to help! I was at the end of my tether with my knee injury as I was struggling to run but with the right help from Sarah, I was finally able to again. I highly recommend Total Care Physio.

After receiving a diagnosis of vertigo Sarah has helped me enormously. . By tailoring a programme of vestibular excercises to my condition we have virtually erradicated all the symptoms. Sarah had the correct knowledge to do this recognising the symptoms immediately and adjusting the excercises as I improved. She gave me hope when others had no idea how to treat it. Highly recommended.
