I brought a very old ruby and gold ring to see if they could secure the stone more safely as the gold had worn away around the top. They made an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Old Eldon Jewellers.

My wife's wedding ring needed enlarging. The shop is on the first floor and my wire is in a wheelchair so one of the staff came down stairs to measure her and to make sure the ring fitted. Very impressed. Ready after going for a coffee.Would recommend.

We got our wedding rings from Old Eldon Jewellers and were so pleased with the experience. My engagement ring has a split shoulder, so I struggled to find a wedding ring that would sit right next to it. The team at Old Eldon Jewellers designed a bespoke ring which had a slight angle so that it sat perfectly with the engagement ring. They created a wax model initially and once I was happy with this, created the platinum ring with diamonds as well as a plan band in white gold for my husband. They also offered free cleaning of my engagement ring before the wedding. Price-wise, we found them much more competitive than the high street brands and we like to support small family businesses. We will definitely be back.

Very impressed with Old Eldon Jewellers from the first interaction to completion of my request. I had an old, very sentinel diamond and emerald ring I needed resizing. The band is a little different so I wanted somewhere I could trust to do it. My research paid off! Amazing lady I spoke with who was very thorough , professional and clearly knew her craft. I collected the ring yesterday and it’s perfect ! This is a gem of a jewellers. Highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend them enough! My engagement ring band broke, it was made in America so would mean costly shipping and a long wait to get it fixed. I brought it into the jewellers and it was fixed within a week at a great price! I was so surprised when I picked it up it had also had a clean and looked better than ever. I went with Old Eldon Jewellers on the recommendation of several friends to make the engagement ring for my now fiance.We had a diamond ring passed down in the family and wanted to use part of this in a new ring.Old Eldon helped us find a design we liked for a new bespoke ring and we found it really helpful to see the designs prior to going ahead with it via their CAD software that showed a computer image of the different options.The team were amazing throughout and made an effort to complete the ring on a short timeline so it was ready for holiday where I planned to propose.The design and creation were of very high quality and I felt it was done for a very reasonable and fair price.Very happy with the result and would recommend to anyone looking for any bespoke rings.I will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent, friendly, and helpful. I got three rings resized, and I'm very ++ happy.Be aware that it can be a lengthy wait during holiday periods, as they are a smallish business. For me, this was not a problem.

I had a ring in mind that I wanted made. Safe to say, Tom went above and beyond to make this ring special it’s even more beautiful than I could ever imagine. And pictures don’t give it justification at all. Black and white diamonds with a rose gold band. Thank you so much. The lady I seen today when I picked the ring up talked me through insurance and made sure I was happy with the ring. Fabulous customer service all round highly recommended.
