On to my 3rd Trek from Fox Valley. Latest purchase is an upgraded Gravel bike. From calling in to enquire to collecting the bike, Ian looked after me fantastically. The addition of Klarna as a payment source and the ability to “try before you buy” meant I was sure the bike was right before I committed.

Provided me with great service from the first time I entered the shop to the day I picked up my new Trek Rail 7 mountain bike. Nothing was too much trouble, l had a short demo ride around the vicinity of the shopping centre and then arranged a three day demo of the bike so I could properly try it out. There was a long waiting time for the delivery of the bike but I was kept up-to-date with the process.

Cannot thank the guys at Trek Sheffield enough. Always get my bike back running factory fresh. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.Would highly recommend any Trek bike. The build quality and all the research and development Trek do speaks for itself once to ride one. Best about. First time I have used the team at fox valley to service my checkpoint gravel, really great customer service, all parts replaced with genuine parts (at a discount) and given this was a level 3 full service not too bad on the pocket. Highly recommended
