Tbh not that bad the people where a bit rude and then weirdly nice when u pay lol, the prices where alright, I got a full set of acrylics with matelic for £35, the service can be very slow and it seems as if they really DONT want you to go to another nail salon, me and my freind went, we didn’t want to wait so we went to find another shop, we were halfway up the road and the lady came running out the store to persuade us to come back in like what??

Found him very rude , huffing and puffing ,tutting ! Bending my hand back and forth with no patients! Being very rough with filing like he was in a rush even though no one was there , clearly didn't want to be doing it ! wont go again! I tipped him he didnt thank me or say goodbye !!

Been in numerous times. Always make an appointment. Makes not a single jot of difference if you do!! Will always have to wait for an hour (at least). Today booked for a pedicure and she wouldn't do it just cut and filed my nails and painted them at the desk because didn't understand what I wanted. Despite agreeing three times I'd BOOKED for a pedicure. That's the third time this has been a disaster so I WONT be back. Really lovely lady but she's trying to do 4 people at once. Doesn't work. An angry dad also rang whilst I was there asking why his daughter was STILL in there. Probably 2 customers lost today. No business sense. Lady also cut my toe twice as she was trying to rush.

Shocking service took over 3 hours to get a infill and toes painted, there customer service is a joke the woman was so rude and kept starting one person and moving on to another and making you wait, the prices are ridiculously high the workers are very rough and cut me a few time with the drills, will not be returning first experience was a joke

The man hurt me several times, the colours weren't what I wanted, one of my nails came off within 4 days of getting them done

My daughter came here with her friend to ask if they took card, a lady told them: “no only bank transfer or cash” my daughter said okay and started to leave with her friend as the card i recently bought her didn’t do transfers. The lady then grabbed her arm roughly so that she couldn’t leave and she kept telling her to do a bank transfer though my daughter stated many times that she couldn’t. I had called them and she had me talk to a customer. She then stated afterwards that she was being nice and that she just didn’t want my daughter to go to a different shop. I knew that was a lie due to the red marks on my daughters arm.

Staff were lovely and welcoming although I asked for coffin and got square. They were very low on supplies so designs were limited. Having to go to a different place tomorrow to fix them.

My new go to place to go and get my nails done. The staff are very friendly and offer drinks. The price is the best here and you even get a loyalty card which gets stamped everytime you go.
