Reza was brillant, on time and on scope. both gaz fires work just in time for the party. Also he explained the settings so that the gaz consumption is efficient!

After purchasing sharadon wide and had installed by a qualified heatas engineer the stove has to be on full power nearly all the time or the wood does not burn properly turning the glass black in seconds. I have had 3 different installers tell me the draw is good and the stove is fitted correctly so in their opinion the stove is faulty. Had a stovax engineer come out and surprise surprise there is nothing wrong with the stove and have tried to blame the installer. And they have washed their hands with it. This stove cost me over £1000 and really it is useless and a total waste and money. This has to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Stay away guys the after sales are shocking.

I recently worked at Stovax/Gasco. I worked there for 13 weeks and 6 days, when I started working there, I enjoyed it, I finally found a job where I get along with people easily. After about 2 weeks, I realised that alot of people disliked the way the company did things day to day, how certain managers acted and their complete lack of care and respect toward their workers. After a few more weeks, I started experiencing that for myself.For a start, there are way too many managers constantly contradicting eachothers decisions and making it hard for the warehouse staff to fully understand the specific processes that they have to abide by. On top of that, they were changing the day to day processes to try and increase efficiency, when in fact, everything they changed just made it far more inefficient and complicated in every way, which doesn't make things any easier for the constant new starters that never actually got any worthwhile training from anyone that actually knew what they were doing. I tried to explain that and all I ever got in return was a complete lack of respect and my bosses literally saying yeah

Bought a stove and on first use the rope fell off. Stovax came out under warranty (after several weeks but it is the peak season) and an incredibly nice and helpful service engineer called Reza fixed the issue and gave me a full refresher on how to use the stove properly and efficiently. Very impressed with the customer service due to one individual who did his job extremely well.

We recently had our wood burner serviced by Derrek, the engineer from Stovax.Derrek is an expert who knows a lot about stoves. He not only carried out his tasks with professionalism but also gave me a great deal of information on how to maximise the efficiency of our stove. The knowledge he has is outstanding. He gave me a great deal of confidence in Stovax, the company.I would highly recommend Stovax if you're thinking of purchasing a wood burner, and ask for Derrek if you need it serviced.

Reza, our engineer, was brilliant - warm, calm, thorough, skilled, a total expert. He not only fixed our problem (a rogue pilot light) he gave our gas fire a full service then explained everything with complete clarity. Handle broke mid fire on the 3rd time it's been used...Brand new Stockton 11, handle broke off mid fire, flames coming out followed by smoke. Setting off alarms, while not being able to securely close the door.Quality severely lacking, rope seal also dropped off. Totally dangerous and utterly unacceptable for a brand new appliance.Support is slow and hard work.I would never purchase a Stockton again, all marketing, poor quality.

Gazco engineer Reza serviced my Gazco fire today. He was courteous and efficient and I was very happy with his work and all the information he gave me about my fire. Excellent service.

Our fireplace was serviced by Reza. He was polite, friendly and respectful of our house and the fireplace. He explained carefully things we should be aware of and gave us some handy tips which would result in cost savings. All in all, a very pleasant experience and a professional and well done job, carried out with a smile.
