The Automotive Approach - Used Cars for Sale

I felt that Mike and his team at Automotive Approach fully deserved this five star review. Due to personal circumstances I was forced for the first time ever, to buy a car remotely. Mike was very thorough putting together a personal in-depth video tour of the vehicle, inside and out; the controls and engine bay together with all service history and paperwork. He pointed out all the faults/ scratches ( far more than I would have picked up on had I viewed the car personally). He arranged delivery and made the purchase very easy. Mike is knowledgeable and answered all my questions with clarity and patience - nothing was too much trouble. Apprehension about buying a car over distance disappeared. Having taken delivery of the car it was exactly as Mike had presented and was well prepped ready for me to take ownership. I have had the car now for several weeks, taken it on a 600 mile round trip and it hasn’t missed a beat. I am very happy with the car and will be looking at Mike whenever I need a new vehicle for myself or my family. Well done Automotive Approach an example to all car sellers.

Just bought a Ford Galaxy from Mike at The Automotive Approach. Great pictures on Auto Trader and honest communication from Mike made the long trip worth while. On arrival the car was better than expected with a good test drive provided. The car had works completed prior to the sale which I imagine many dealers wouldn't have bothered with! I don't usually write reviews however great service deserves recognition. Thanks again!

Amazing customer service, Mike is a true gentleman that has a real passion for quality cars and it shows. Made me feel completely at ease with the confidence and knowledge in his stock, went out of his way to accommodate times that suited and after seeing a few poor examples elsewhere really knew how to present the car in question, the car I purchased is in amazing condition both cosmetically and mechanically.
