We were trying to replace a faulty fridge (not from Webbs) with a new one, and Lauren was the only person I had spoken to who was able to give us a delivery date as the Bosch Fridge we wanted was out of stock in most stores. We are roughly 200 miles from Webbs, but the Fridge was delivered on the date promised, and the guys were very helpful.Brilliant service from start to finish.EDIT: Don't rely on ordering online - phone the store and speak to somebody in person. Our Bosch fridge was shown as in stock, but it was the display model that could not be re-packaged for dispatch 200 miles. We had to wait about 3 weeks for it, and all other retailers were in the same situation, but we were kept well informed. Manufacturers are messing a lot of retailers around at present.

Used online chat to ask question. Bought online from them a Bosch product. Extremely competitive price, Ordered later Tuesday, delivered on Friday over in Norfolk. Highly recommended, will definitely use again.

I ordered two Neff induction hobs from Webb because of their extremely competitive price. The order was made over the phone. When they arrived I could see that they have been packed very securely and were in perfect condition. I would happily recommend them.

First time I have used Webbs. Ordered online and was called next day and told part of my order may be delayed. First item delivered after 2 days and second after 4. Constant updates by phone and all received and working 5 days later. Lovely to be kept informed personally by staff. Good customer service,thank you.

This place was recommended by a friend and I can see why.This is what you get from a smaller outlet1) The best advice given.2) The nicest most helpful people Mark was customer service at it's best a truly hard workingnothing too much trouble person every shop should have a Mark and the shopping world(especially Currys) would be a better place3) Items that are actually in stock, quick delivery and great fitting service at a good price.4) Unlimited knowledge about their products and having the time to discuss with you.5) I also talked to Lauren again great customer service and appliance knowledge and the same tobe said about Alex.6) I will definitely be buying any future appliances from here a big thank you to you all and management should be very pleased to have you.

Purchased a washer. Mark offered great advice and we left with an A rated washer on a special buy. Machine was delivered the next day, installed and our old washer collected. Overall, fantastic service. Price was also the best we could find around. Well done Webbs.

Ordered a range cooker, delivery delayed due to manufacturing but kept up to date regarding delivery.Had a problem with range (manufacturing fault) and I can not commend Alex enough for his above and beyond customer service.He could have said it’s down to manufacturer like a lot of larger companies would have, but he dealt with the issue with the manufacturer while constantly keeping me updated.Excellent customer service & I thank you very much.

Tony and Alex who were our installers were great. Turned up on time did the installation while keeping the kitchen tidy. Fully explained the fridge/freezer and carefully took the old one away. Webbs gave us a great deal on our new Bosch fridge/freezer. We would recommend them to everyone. We will be buying from them again. Also Mark from the office was really helpful, contacting us to let us know how the delivery and installation would proceed.
