I thoroughly enjoyed the service. I wasn't in the UK to even manage my packing and check the authenticity of the service. I trusted them with all that I can. Initially, we had conversation about the service provided. I was delighted and then agreed our terms. Immediately we agreed of delivery dates and was absolutely on time and it was indeed from door to door service. It was acknowledged that my package would be delivered 14 days post the shipment date. But I received it in 5 days.I would definitely recommend Cargoforce.

Great service, delivered when they stated. Packaged was well wrapped. Shoieb was polite and helpful in providing all guidance.only bad thing is tracking information not available to check status online. However my parcel was delivered within 7 working days only so 5*.

Cargo force is a force to reckon with and their professionalism in ensuring one poc is assigned to your case is a great feat as it ensured that you are clearly communicated by their representative handling your cargo. I used their service to ship household items from London to Mumbai In June of 2023. Shoaib from cargo force was extremely adept with his knowledge of the whole process and clearly explained me everything. I also received my cargo earlier than expected which was almost 8 biz days door to door. Hence I recommend cargo force without a doubt.Reason for 4 rating: I felt that I should have been kept posted in advance by cargo force that the final invoiced is dependent on volume metric weight as per the Airline cargo ( as advised by Shoaib when I enquired ) and not what I weighed as the difference was atleast 6-7 kgs more per box. That straight away increased my estimate by £50So in essence I am only trying to keep consumers posted that it’s not straight forward calculations and you must be aware of this fact. PS: I was explained later that they shrink wrap the boxes which may change the dimensions but I couldn’t get my head around it as all my boxes were exactly same size but only differed in weight.But finally £52 was not a concern as my items reached without any issue .. pick up from my London home was on time per as committed and delivery to India was before timelines. They are reliable and professionals
