Went in there for the first time looking to buy a phone for work. I served by a professional, patient and friendly sales staff. He explained everything to me very well and was very helpful, he wasn't pushy or misleading in any way. I was in and out of the store with a brand new phone within 20 minutes. Definitely a good experience. I will certainly be returning in the future.

possibly the worst customer service iv'e ever seen in any store all the staff just standing around chatting to each other while over 10 people waiting in a cue for well over 15 minutes yet no-one bothers to help not even the store manager (who was standing right by the counter might i add). The phone service is even worse, they hung up on me before i even got to speak after waiting 5 minutes on the phone for them to answer. I only wanted a simple yes or no answer about a refund and after 3 tries phoning them i still don't have my answer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T USE CURRY'S.

Ordered a steam cleaner click and reserve on line, drove to store - 15 miles away only to be told that the only one left was ex display. Agreed to take ex display so long as all the parts were there. Assured all present and correct. At home when unpacked discovered that essential part missing!!! Called Currys nothing they can do, so had to return item. At store massive queue on 'customer services' so there I stood for 15 minutes whilst other staff milled around the store asking customers if they needed help. I have a two week old baby and therefore wasted trips not appreciated. Very poor indeed.

What a hopeless bunch of people and Company, they should learn about customer care, order phone for next day delivery, paid for it and I am still waiting 4 days later after calling in at the store twice and being told that it will be in that day, sadly not the case and they still cannot confirm when I should get delivery. They have the phone in stock but cannot let me have one as I ordered on line, no logic there only staff with no care.Will never ever purchase anything from them again.

Not impressed, had to find someone to help me after 10mins, then that person went and found someone who wanted to find me someone else to help me! All I wanted to do was buy something I knew exactly - no help needed, just get it from the store room. 10 minutes later I left.Bought it online to collect in store and then had to wait while the person getting the item stopped to speak to a colleague for a few minutes.Not impressed.

Exceptionally poor service, website advertised product in stock. Upon arrival, spent ages finding a staff member to locate said item and then waited aimlessly for a good 20+ minutes for them to tell me they can't find it in their inventory.

Failed to deliver washing machine on the agreed date, wasn't loaded on the van. Promised next day delivery, so had to take another day off. That delivery date was then reneged upon by the customer service" team as "it wasn't convenient" for them to deliver. So have to wait for another delivery slot when it is "convenient" for them. So that's three days lost. Abysmal customer service."

I have to agree with the majority. Surly staff and broken equipment meant data transfer was not a possibility so had to brave the traffic and parking to go to Churchill Square.Sad really as my local store in the East Midlands is very good!!

Disgusted with the abominable customer service. Visited the website which assured me a model of washer dryer was in stock. Arrived and was made to wait 10 minutes by an uninformed, unmotivated and rude employee. Told to to order it online when the washer had a sign saying 'take one home today' above it. Zero interest. Really shocking this is Brighton's largest technology retail outlet. Wow.

I don't want to give it any stars. Customer service was abysmal. Saw a dishwasher priced at £229.99 reduced from £329.99 went home to review it on the Internet, drove back 9 miles to store. Dishwasher still had the reduced price on it, went to buy it and was told it was £329.99, when I complained I was told there was nothing they could do and if i wanted to complain to a manager there would be one on the floor in a suit somewhere. Couldn't find anyone in a suit ended up complaining to a young lad who said he was the floor manager but couldn't do anything about it. Utter shambles!
