Everyman Racing Driving Experiences - Three Sisters

This company is the closest thing to a scam I can think of. Full of broken cars, overselling, disorganised, obnoxious. If I could give a zero I would, for standing around for 95% of the time to go round 4 laps of a karting track at 30mph. Ended up feeling bad for my dad who wasted his money on this “gift”

I had a great day, good food was available at the cafe. My Lamborghini experience was my favourite, and my instructor Jonty was brilliant in walking me through what to do. I also enjoyed my Ferrari experience, but I preferred my Lamborghini experience with Jonty.However, the circuit could be improved with some organisation, and marking clearly where you should check in. Furthermore, making people aware of where they are in the queue as we waited an hour before getting to start the driving. We also paid for the Photo package which included photos from one corner only of the track, and we were not given a photo of being sat in the car prior to starting the track, which was supposed to be included in the photo package. The track was also slightly congested with at least 5 to 10 cars on at one time.

One star as l had to put at least one in to continue. Prior to event told one of the 3 cars wasn't available and l could choose an alternative on the day. When l arrived was told no alternative available l could just have two cars, or rebook. No offer of refund. Chose to rebook, was told someone would be in touch. Three weeks and two emails to them later still no contact. Avoid!!!

I cannot fault my experience at 3 Sisters racetrack with Everyman Racing at all.From the time I arrived I was treated courteously by all the staff and the waiting times were minimal, the whole experience was well organised and easy, it really was.What I find disturbing is the amount of people that are negative on these review pages, they obviously have not much going on in their lives. Then, sadly, you have those, who can only be described as 'Trolls' liking the negative reviews, which clearly shows and states to others the mindset they have, like they say, 'misery finds misery' and its that simple.People are all too quick to judge and berate others, yet when a positive is in place, it gets overlooked, sadly, thats the way of the world unfortunately.All I can say is that Everyman Racing need to continue doing what they do and thank you for making countless people happy in realising their dreams.

I don't normally write reviews however I felt I must warn others about the dreadful Everyman track day experience at the Three Sisters track. I wish I'd have read the online reviews first, though even had I have done so I wouldn't have been prepared for the dreadful experience offered by Everyman at Three Sisters. We've enjoyed 6 or 7 driving experiences on various tracks in the past and enjoyed them all. However Everyman Three Sisters is truly shambolic! Total and utter chaotic organisation. Every single person there today was disgruntled. And I mean everyone! Firstly, the track is a go-cart track and so there's no opportunity to get any feel for the cars whatsoever. I blame myself for this as I didn't research the track. Be warned should you wish to drive these cars beyond 70mph! Many of the cars are in a state of disrepair. Numerous cars were retired for repair while we were there forcing paying customers to drive an alternative car. But above all, the appalling attitude of some members of staff was truly shocking! One member of staff in particular, an older lady with blonde/white hair who was beyond rude, outrageously obnoxious, snapping at customers who dared to ask where in the queue they were. Customers were treated as though they were an inconvenience and actually accused of causing delays due to asking when their drive was due; a reasonable question to ask given the hour and a half delay!! I can accept delays, though clearly the lack of organisation was the prevailing factor. I can accept a poor track; my fault for not researching. I can accept, to a degree, battered cars, though choices should have been offered rather than a prescribed alternative for any out of service cars, which wasn't the case. But, I cannot accept being treated, and seeing countless others being treated, with total disrespect, by rude, confrontational and obnoxious members of staff. What's clear is that these numerous damning online reviews are not being acted upon, indicating that either the event manager isn't capable of coordinating such an event or has little care for providing customers with the quality of a driving experience they are paying for and managing disrespectful staff members to ensure that theyare appropriately trained or placed in roles that better suit their temperaments. I have never before felt so strongly about warning others to avoid spending their money on a product or service as I have with the Everyman driving experience at the Three Sisters track.

PLEASE READ - SCAM!DO NOT pay for extra add on’s, you will not receive them. I paid £95 for add on extras of in-car video and 2 demo laps which we did not receive. The ‘media team’ later told us we ‘needed the SD card to record the video’ - which we were never given & didn’t know we needed. We received a shrug from the team and given an extra picture. Do you think an extra picture is worth £50? Me either. Spent just over a month trying to email the customer services for a partial refund of the missing video and demo laps which they have told me ‘as I didn’t say anything on the day, we won’t do anything’. But there was absolutely no one to talk to except for the media team, who as I said, just gave us a shrug!The driver who sat alongside in the car gave a miserable experience, and did not do the full 6 laps that we paid for, but we let that go.Not easy to navigate as a first time visitor either (at the Three Sister Circuit), no clear signs where reception is, where you need to go to pick up photos (and if you’re lucky, video!) or where to queue up for your turn.Please do not waste your money on this company, please. They are scam artists who want to grab your money and run with it.

Unorganised and lacking customer service. From the onset, there's no direction or instructions on where to go from after signing in. They simply said go over there. Over there we went and stood amongst many other clueless customers. There's absolutely no system in place and for the so called staff member that snapped at everyone, she's in the wrong job! She repeatedly said to everyone if you keep asking me when your next, it will delay us even further. Then decided to stand with her back to all the customers wondering what was going on. Her answer was I'm not even supposed to be here, I'm covering staff. Wrong attitude! You've stepped in to replace staff, therefore you should know the drill and have the most common customer service skills. It was disgusting the way she was snapping at everyone. This woman needs removing from the job, or put in another position as she is not customer focused at all and she basically lost it because she was under pressure from us customer's asking where is my child on the list. People are paying hundreds of pounds for their children to maybe experience a once in a lifetime chance to drive some supercars, it should've been an enjoyable experience. But the lack of a sensible system in place and very poor customer service, it spoiled it for many I'm sure. It wouldn't take much to put a straight forward system in place and take staff on board that has the basic customer service skills and who appreciate their job. Won't use the company again after this experience.

What an amazing experience! I have loved every moment of my race day. Very well organised, the cars are awesome especially the Nissan GTR and my instructor Dave M was a great guy, he really got the best out of my driving and the Porche 911 Turbo, I was encouraged to drive much faster than I expected and it was so much fun, take me back!

What an experience, I drove the Nissan GTR with Instructor Daniel and the Lamborghini with James Cooper. They were fantastic at getting the most out of me in terms of driving lines and using the cars to their full potential! Recommend to anyone wanting to push themselves and also experience the thrills of supercars!
