After suffering back pain caused by my posture & standing while working, I visited Adam following a recommendation from a friend. He listened to my concerns & took my pain seriously, treating the issues while also giving me exercises to strength my back. He is professional, friendly & so knowledgeable. I have gone from being in pain all the time to now being back to my old self! I highly recommend Adam & will continue to use him to maintain my flexibility & alleviate issues caused by my work.

I was recommended to see Adam after he helped my mum with recovering movement in her knee following a ski accident. She was so impressed with the improvements and service experienced that i took her advice and made an appointment.My initial visit was in December and my shoulder and neck were locked and in severe and constant pain. Adam was thorough, professional, focused and exact with his questions and diagnosis of the problem. He understands that the main cause of my problem which is work related, won't cease so instead has created a program of exercises and treatment that has vastly improved my movement and reduced the pain to the very odd day, not daily! I cannot express how much his treatment has improved my day-to-day life.I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for an osteopath. I like his approach and explanations which really help build the picture of what he is doing and how it'll help.

I'm so happy that I've found Adam's page last summer. He helped me to forget about my back and neck pain. After half a year working abroad I'm eager to have an appointment again.I had some problems with my spinal disks and pinched nerves, if I say it right in English. Adam showed me great exercises as well. Eventhought I didn't do it often (it's a shame, to be honest), these 3 sessions during August helped me to avoid any problems for a long time. Great treatment from Adam, huge improvement with my achilles pain and other issues I didn't know I had! Also provides care for my wife's injuries & strains from running when they arise and Adam teaches us how to prevent future injury. Highly recommended

Adam was recommended to me following a back injury at the gym. He took time to understand the injury upon our first visit and practically resolved the pain in one visit. I learnt so much about my body from him and now after my second visit am feeling much more comfortable and better educated to avoid future problems and have some very beneficial exercises to do to resolve some tight spots.

I have been very impressed with Adam. I went to see him with some back and hip issues and have found him to be both professional and personable. Adam is very professional and knowledgeable explaining thoroughly body mechanics and treatments.
