Excellent customer service from the outset. My initial enquiry about purchasing my car was on a Sunday outside of opening hours but received a very prompt email reply from Kevin. All emails were replied to very quickly, within opening hours or not. Kevin was welcoming and friendly when I visited to view the car and at collection he took the time to talk me through the various paperwork which needed completing. I am very happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate in contacting Kevin at T C Harrison Spalding for all my future car purchases and will be recommending him to family and friends.

Felt completely let down.Having visited TCH in December to try and organise to change our car, as we do every couple of years, we was met by a very uninterested salesman, who basically turned us away - said supply was slow so no point in even looking at the process. We felt it strange but left within about 2 minutes of arrival. We was then contacted in January saying as we normally change our car every two years we ought to drop into the showroom to get things sorted, I would just say this was the exact same salesman who turned us away in December. Well we turned up today to look to sort it out and the salesman, had already sorted a quote for us, detailing the car he thought we would like, even down to the colour he chose for us! In my opinion buying a brand new car is about the buying experience, and unfortunately on this occasion we had none. We walked out of the showroom somewhat deflated and it has certainly made us think twice to whether we shall even return to TCH, even though we have shopped there for many years, Very disappointed.

Bought a vehicle unseen from Kev at TCH Spalding. Travelled 270 miles to pick up the car and it was exactly as described - customer service couldn't have been better. Car is fantastic, would thoroughly recommend the garage!
