Absolutely useless. Previously told to go to the shop counter to drop off Evri parcels - the employee there acknowledged the parcels but asked me to wait a few minutes while she took cash out back - only when she came back did she then tell me I had to join the main counter queue, who would then send me back to her when it was my turn" - but while I'd been waiting where she told me to

Staff are friendly and helpful. Occasionally you have to queue to be served but it is a small post office in a highly populated area so to be expected at peak times

I've spent a small fortune sending birthday and Christmas cards to my Mum in Mile Oak 1st class signed for on 8th Dec and she still hasn't got it. She's had no post whatsoever this week and only 1 delivery last week, this is normal now apparently and completely unacceptable. If I could give a 0 star I would. Disgusting, sort it out please, people are missing hospital appointments and all sorts as well as special occasions.

Sometimes I get good service, other times terrible. I've been charged more than what I've asked, given wrong stamps and even had a fragile parcel thrown (literally tossed in the air into the mail bag behind their counter from a distance in front of me!). Some staff members are really polite and helpful but there is one in particular that is always rude and miserable (someone else had already mentioned about this person, fake blond hair with glasses). I also always get told that I can't use my card to top up my gas and electric yet they can withdraw money from the same till and machine???

I've gone into your post office and used the small counter. I've been served by the same older lady a few times and I always feel like she is very rude and doesn't really want to help with any situation that happens. It puts me off wanting to go to the post office which is my local so it's more convenient however I will not be using this post office again due to the lady's attitude towards people.

Only one member of staff actually seems to care about the people who go in there, there's a particularly unhelpful lady who works there that basically snarls at you for approaching her counter. Pulled down her mask, wiped her nose with her hand & continued serving. Absolutely disgusting.

incapable of resolving anything. If you dont have a problem they are fine, if there is a problem with postage or parcel then they are super rude and not helpful at all. Shame!
