I've had a frustrating 2 years with various diagnosis ending up with a cervical spine surgery in March. Post surgery i still had lots of symptoms and no answers. I eventually managed to get a referral to 5 valleys ( end of June) and have had appointments with Geof & Patrick, at last I feel I'm making progress :) Peeling the onion :)Love their approach and ability to work with clients and insurance companies. WIN WIN

I had my first session with Patrick today. Having seen a lot of physios over the years, I was expecting my initial session/consultation to involve a lot talking & being spoken to in broad terms about my injury. But it was quite the opposite!After 15 or so minutes of detailed investigation into my injury, posture & range of movement, Patrick made some great progress on releasing my neck & back injuries via a range of methods.I left my first session with a genuine reduction in pain & tension, along with a list of specific exercises to continue with at home.Would definitely recommend & will be returning soon!

I saw Patrick at the Gloucester satellite clinic today for a cranky" left knee. I am visiting my son and daughter-in-law and three grandsons from Nov. 20 - Dec 19th. I actually fell down their stairs the second day I arrived or rather slid down from the top and my knee has gotten progressively more cranky. Patrick's assessment and explanation of my swollen meniscus was clear and easily understandable. I am very pleased that I chose the Five Valleys Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic."
