After a few no shows from another local company I got these lads in.Got my whole house done by these lads before I moved in,Got keys and handed them to the team and they took care of everything from measurements to delivery to fitting and handed keys back whole house sorted.I had karndean in bottom and carpets in rooms upstairs and nothing was a hassle for them.Massive selection at the showroomShowroom easy to find and accessWould use them everytime.They say if your in business long you must be doing something right.Carpetrite.....greenock biggest and best

Travelled down from Auchterarder in Perth to purchase my flooring from John and his staff at Carpetright, I have used them before when living in Gourock and find them second to none when it comes to service, Top quality flooring at Fantastic price and staff could not have been more helpful, Will visit again soon to purchase my rugs from a wide range they have in store . We had a Karndean floor laid in our kitchen and are so happy with the result. The fitter matched the existing, old herringbone pattern in our hall, with a border and mitred corners. The work was done very professionally and the fitters were extremely nice people. Couldn't be more pleased.

Very disappointed - we didn’t even get off the starting block here.The shop is great - lots of choice, we arranged a measuring appointment - whole 3 bedroom room house, mix of carpet and Karndean.Lovely guy came out as arranged, took lots of measurements, as we had chosen flooring he said we’d get a call back, with pricing.Two weeks later - nothingI called them, spoke with what sounded like a very harassed woman, she couldn’t find any record of the measuring appointment.She didn’t come over as at all interested, said she’d have to have a look and would call back.Heard nothing, so called them back again - as yet I’m waiting for them to answer the phone.Not good.It’s maybe as well we find out before parting with any money, but I am disappointed.

Bought artificial grass (Type is called Mystique) from Carpetrite and the service, price and quality was second to none. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
