I wish I could give them 0 stars. Behind the professional-looking facade lies a pretty disappointing and shoddy service. The prices are no cheaper than other companies and service no better.Keep an eye on the clock when they turn up for the job and don’t let them club different types of services on the same day otherwise they will cut corners rather than giving proper time for each job.The fantastic club is a borderline scam. They tell you about the £300 credits but they don’t tell you that you can only use the credits for a service ONCE. Once you have used it for cleaning you can use it again for the same thing for instance. Makes it pretty useless if you’re mainly interested in certain service(s) say cleaning.The availability of services is another issue. We booked upholstery cleaning once and then tried to booked it again a few days later and it’s showing as not available. In fact most services were not available any more. Something fishy there.Then there’s customer service or lack of. They sound pleasing and helpful but you may want to record the calls and take screenshots of all interactions with them because when you point out that you were given misleading information by different people they will ask you to evidence it by providing screenshots rather than bothering to review call recordings or transcripts themselves.In a nutshell, avoid this company and go elsewhere because fantastic services is less fantastic and more fantasy.

The cleaners provided by Fantastic Services came to do a move-out clean, which included an oven clean. I was very impressed by the cleaners themselves and by the standard of cleaning. It was easy to arrange. It seemed good value for the amount of time spent at the property and the customer service (good communication).
