The worst branch of Isbank that I have ever seen. I have been working with Is bank for more than 15 years but this branch and the staff in this branch are awful. They do not even ask your name, your customer number etc. if you ask them a question they do not even answer it properly, they behave like you are wasting their time. They are behaving like this to their 18 years old Turkish customer!!! Imagine how they will behave to foreigners!!!!

A bank just where you need it. I take it I mainly serves As a go-between office for wealthy clients and it seems to have a lovely casual atmosphere where business can be conducted in a nice formal casual setting.Services they provide what you would expect from a world leading bank and the privacy and client services look highly professional.What a lovely privilege to have ISBANK on our doorstep. It’s another boost to the community.

Not a single person here knows how to pick up a phone. They don’t know any other way of contact but the phone number they never pick up. Easily the most irresponsible, unhelpful business with no work integrity in London. Waited for 2 hours with no results. Avoid as much as you can

Waiting time in the line is ridicuolus as only 1 person working behind the counter in the whole branch. No info desk either. If you are planning to come here make sure you have enough time ! Terrible !
