Usually a great place, on arrival it's now closed down! Didn't find the website useful.

Went today 21/1/18,two people on desk talking to each other asked them about tiles for behind a log burner ,they didn't show us where any were they didn't seem bothered so we walked out and went to tops tiles,what a great experience there,customers device was brilliant

We have been extremely happy with The Tile Shack Lye. Have used them for two bathroom designs.Jade gave us very helpful advice and she was very knowledgeable about the products.The extra time given to ensure we were happy with our choice made it less stressful.Excellent delivery service too.Unused tiles can be returned with no problem which reduced any unnecessary spending.BRILLIANT.

Very good service from start to finish, ordered tiles for a bathroom refit at a very reasonable price and good quality. We decided to change the design of the bathroom and ended with more tiles than needed, Took the tiles back to Tile Shack explained the situation and given a credit on my debit card no problem. I would recommend Tile Shack to any one looking for a good deal and good service.

Bought some small tiles on the Saturday made a mistake on my part with the quantity required the cost only came too £25 decided on the the night to try and return the tiles on the Sunday 06/05/18 at 10 30 am and purchase some other ones at £1 each and having worked it out properly this time coming too the correct quantity of 338 Which would have came too £338 roughly on entering the forecourt noticed two of the shop assistants outside washing a car and having entered the shop asked a young lady if we could return the tiles where told that they did not accept back end of line tiles the attitude of the staff was unbelievable wishing to return £25 and then spend £338 they seemed more interested in washing the car .in this day and age of shop closures they really need to work on thier customer skills and not offering delivery like other tile sellers is unbelievable.

A really wide choice of items with some amazing prices. To suit ever pocket. Arrived to purchase some tiles think i interrupted the staff member i asked for help. Customer service had left already. Service was very bland. Felt a bit silly when asking for items and advice. Understandably it was near close but i was buying something. Id been at work myself since 7 but still could muster up a smile. I handed over my hard earnt money and debated going somewhere else. Didn't want to even ask about a trade account. Think for my 1st experience at every buying tiles i met with a sales person who maybe a hour or so before may have shown a little bit of care which is a shame. Note to oneself dont not attend 15 mins before closing time.

Absolutely great range of tiles and first class service. Jade in particular, worked everything out showed us around. Nothing was too much. I can not speak more highly of this company.

Great stock and great service. I visited having been let down by an online supplier, and not only did Tile Shack have a great range, they also had wonderful staff who worked out how many I needed and searched high and low to find the right number of tiles. They offer expert advice, great prices and even carried the tiles to my car. Highly recommend a visit.
