Arena Car Wash

This was once my go to car wash, well worth the 7 mile round trip however recently it has become a bit of a hit and miss affair. Sometimes OK but other times a bit lackadaisical, leaning more to the latter I'm afraid. Due to the inconsistency I shall have to find an alternative.

Took the car here for a wash this morning after a shambolic experience at Morrisons jet wash. At first glances the car did look clean but on closer inspection they had missed loads of bits and after the short drive home there was loads of streaks from it l not been rinsed properly. For £10 I would expect better. I ended up rinsing and drying the car again. The tyre black they use is terrible.

Really bad experience, they scratch my car and side the calls they litterally took it off with the jet! The management is not helpful and staff as well they treated me very bad and not giving me a refound this is awful !

Sometimes there's a queue and then can take a little while to get the car washed but today was quiet. Provides a really good service in my experience and car looks great. Very happy with the result.

40 mins for a basic car wash. Stupidly unlike the taxi drivers I did not get out and check the car and drove off my alloy wheels looked worse after car was washed as my car stood that long with the shampoo on it dried and left loads of streaks.

Went in for a £7 car wash and left with a damaged door on a brand new BMW that’s going to cost hundreds of pounds to repair. They parked another vehicle alongside while mine was being dried off, and one of the workers called 'Milan' walked up, opened the neighbouring car’s nearside door and bounced it off my offside door causing a substantial dent in it. He walked off leaving his colleagues arguing with me in front of my daughter, which was quite intimidating. They didn’t care and weren’t in the least bit sorry. If I could leave a negative 5-star rating, I gladly would. Reckless, ignorant cowboys that shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near new or prestige cars. Update: Spoke with the owner 'Mohammad' several times, who promised to sort out payment for the damage and hasn't. Not only are they reckless, they are unscrupulous liars. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!

my car had a full valet at a cost of £45.00 they polished it so well they took the lacker from the bonnet and all they said was sorry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! id advise that if you want a wash its fine but dont get a full valet,

Terrible , very slow and disorganised, staff wandering about as if they don't care. Had my car in here for a wash and I sat in the car for over 20 mins with soap that had dried up. Then the guy washed it off and he just couldn't be arse at all.. I will never visit here again.
