I always missed open times, until my birthday. I bought a hand made leather and stainless steel bracelet. Having browsed everything, I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and I had the item adjusted for a perfect fit. The owner is from a long line of jewellers and certainly is one of the few talents I would always recommend to friends, family and clients. Lets face it too many jewellery shops in Aberdeen have lost the basic metal working skills and rely on substandard manufacturing processes. This gentleman reminds me of the jewellers I grew up with in the Birmingham Jewellery qtr and London. 5/5 is ok, perhaps 10/5 would be more suitable.

Make sure to always have a written quotation for any work done by this jeweller. We had a small job done and verbally quoted as £10, but when we collected the item he insisted the price was £20. It also took a long time to complete this very simple work. We certainly won't be going back.

Lovely man. Made a bracelet for me from a photo I showed him and it was perfect. Very friendly and and excellent service. We need more jewellers like this. Thoroughly recommend.

Had to get my mother's wedding ring removed as it was too tight for her finger. The owner, a very friendly chap, was very careful and didn't charge for his time. Very heartening to get that sort of service.
