Appreciated the time and effort Luke put in to designing our bathroom, showing the finished look with some great visuals, efficiently ordering the good and delivering to site exactly when they were needed.

Paul and his team did an amazing job, splitting our bathroom into an ensuite and a family bathroom. They had to overcome some interesting challenges, but did so professionally and with a smile on their faces - being topped up with coffee and biscuits probably helped. Always on time, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a perfect result, and finishing ahead of schedule. Could not recommend them highly enough. A different team did our kitchen two years ago, and the it was exactly the same. You get what you pay for, a quality product expertly fitted.

Arrogant designer caused us to walk away from this business. After spending about 2 hours looking at kitchens and bathrooms and really feeling comfortable with the products and everyone at P&R, we sat down with Andrew to start the process of working on a design. At an early stage, I mentioned that we wanted a gas hob. I might as well have asked for a spit roast as a centre piece for our cooking as Andrew went off on a monologue on induction and how he couldn’t work with closed minded people. He very aggressively challenged my wife, making us both feel uncomfortable. If he doesn’t want people to buy gas hobs, here’s an idea, don’t have them on display! It’s a shame as we liked their products but couldn’t wait to get away from a man who gave the impression that he knew best and our views didn’t count. I’d say he needed a holiday but I know he’s just returned from one!

P&R recently designed and installed a new bathroom for us. From our first meeting in their Bedford showroom through to completion of the work, P&R provided a first class service.Communication during the design and install process was excellent and all if the tradesmen that worked on the project were polite, professional and did a superb job.The project was completed on time and within the budget and without any problems .

Very pleased with our new shower room and cloakroom. High standard of workmanship from friendly and talented tradesmen. Most work was completed whilst we were on holiday so very little disruption. House was cleaned professionally prior to our return home. Highly recommended.

We could have gone for cheaper, alternative designers and installers but we went with P&R who managed the whole process. We never regretted that decision. Throughout they were professional, diligent, timely and highly skilled.And we have a great new bathroom!

We were very fortunate to come across P&R Interiors in Bedford when looking for Dansani bathroom furniture. We were pleased to see a wide range of Dansani furniture in the showroom and got talking to Luke and Andrew who showed us their range of products in various configurations.P&R interiors were very competitive on pricing so we decided to source most of products from them. Their showroom is full of high end products from brands like Dansani, Villeroy & Boch, Hans Grohe, etc. There is also a wide range of furniture, rads and flooring in the showroom so you can easily pick up tiles/flooring and match that with appliances/furniture you are looking to buy.We have never renovated bathrooms before and Luke and Andrew took their time explaining what valves we'll need, what kind of drains are compatible with the bath we picked and so on and so forth.They have also recommended that we wait until they install HIB Belus mirror in their showroom. Once we saw it, we completely felt in love with that mirror and it's now a great addition to our ensuite.Delivery of items was spot on because everything we ordered was first checked in their warehouse prior to dispatch. Heavy items were delivered by two people, so we knew nothing would get damaged.When it came to installing the bathrooms, we phoned Luke a few times for further advise on how to install specific bits and he always found time for us.We genuinely think that this place is an absolute gem when it comes to customer service, product selection and pricing, so we happily travelled there from Milton Keynes.Thank you from both of us and we are looking forward to renovating remaining toilet in coming months.Viktor & Kate

From the minute we met Andrew in the showroom we knew we were in great hands. Paul and the team not only provided fresh/innovative ideas for our family bathroom and en-suite renovation, P&R brought them to life on the technical drawings and also did a great job with the installation. Needless to say as with most builds we had a couple of teething problems, however Paul was quick to address and resolve the issues and has since helped us out when we needed the sink removed to enable another small renovation to take place.All in all Paul and the whole team offered a fantastic service, and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. P&R will definitely be our first choice for any future bathroom renovation.
