Terrible experience trying to sell my house. Three months with basically oh lets see if someone puts an offer" was all the advice they had on trying to sell. As soon as I went and did work on trying to get it staged they suddenly said they could do virtual staging etc to help sell it after i asked every week for 3 months what we could do to help sell it.They rental department wasn't too bad but would not recommend selling through them."

Lisa Patch is basically a great person and helpful staff whom I never saw like before. Although she is overstretched in her duties and working for only limited hours per day, she is always replying on my emails early and helping as much as she can. We had previously had our house on the market with the a top competitor for over 3 months without much interest and low offers below our asking price, after switching to Alexander May Clifton we our choice of offers above the asking price I’m the first week. Unfortunately our chain fell through but Alexander May again got us 3 first time buyers to choose from 2 days after this happened with exceptional offers above asking price. Huge thanks to Paul, Sarah and the team as they have been extremely helpful throughout going above and beyond to not only get offers but complete in record time with constant updates and overall excellent service.
