KV Hair

KV hair told me on a Thursday at 3pm that they were having plumbing issues and that they would have to cancel my appointment the next morning at 9am which I needed as I was going away for a weekend break. Now I know this isn’t their fault necessarily and is unforeseen but Claire didn’t once apologise to me . She didn’t offer any empathy and nothing was offered to me and I received a rude and frosty response from her on the phone . Also I had the first appointment of the day on Friday but she was going ahead with the paid appointments of colours hoping that the water would be back on by then which i actually find worrying that colour would be applied with the water not working . I sent a message saying I would have to go somewhere else for this Friday appointment and that I would like to be reimbursed . They responded and did not offer an apology and refused the reimbursement of £17 . I then sent another message stating I didn’t think this was fair and I don’t think they had handled this matter well and they responded they were cancelling my membership and would refund me half of the membership .Do not book an appointment if you have plans as I would hate what happened to me to happen to others in the future . I am not accusing them of bad hairdressing , just unprofessionalism and bad business management and this is not how clients should be treat.
