Absolutely delighted with our new orangery and would highly recommend this company. Communication was excellent and all involved in the build were brilliant, very professional and even cleaning up before they left. We live on a new estate and have already had neighbours commenting on how impressed they are and how well the brickwork and window frames have been matched to the existing ones. Do not hesitate to contact them if you are thinking of having work done.

Have to say these guys have been amazing. Everything from dan giving me the initial quote and working with me to get what I wanted. And everything happening when they said it would. No nasty surprises. I had the pleasure with dealing with a few members of staff there from owner Kevin and Damon all very helpful,The workman worked solid and professional. Changing windows in your home costs a great deal. The folk at home improvements ensure not a penny is wasted. They went the extra mile, including me in their surveys discussing my plans in detail, offering straightforward advice and options, selecting the best VFM windows to suit my needs and budget. The installation teams were polite and proficient, having a workmanlike attitude and skills to match. Windows were installed quickly and tidily. I was well pleased with the result. Finally the aftersales support is First Class. I have no hesitation in awarding them their 5 Stars. All in All, I frankly admire their business model and commitment. Well done TEAM and Many Thanks.

The father and son team who came to fit the windows and doors were excellent. As we are in the middle of renovation some rooms ended up cleaner than when the lads first arrived. The windows appear good quality as does the door.Had an issue with a damaged door handle and door catching but after some initial crossed wies it was all sorted.

Had windows installed recently done a cracking job. The windows were installed correctly however one looked off centre. I just want to confirm it was the peak of the roof that was off centre not the fitting. The guys came back put and altered the window which I am.noq happy with. Thanks again

Fitted a new top hat to our old conservatory. We love it. We have used the new conservatory more in the last year than we did in the previous 20 years. Can't fault the workmanship it is superb. Lads were great and did a lovely job nothing was to much trouble everything we wanted doing they did.

Just had a new roof added to an existing conservatory. I was very anxious about the work, but had absolutely nothing to worry about. The fitters Jo, Scott, Alan and Chris were absolutely top glass. They're work was excellent. Nothing was any bother. There were a couple of snags, nothing major and within a couple of hours Graham came out to look and it was all sorted and completed within a couple of days. I would not hesitate to highlyrecommend THI to friends and family. Thanks again. I could not have expected a better service or finish... just love it!

Had conservatory roof replaced by Tyneside Home Improvements the job was completed in a very professional manner and we are delighted with the result. Installation team were friendly and the job completed with minimal mess
