The small gestures in life make a huge difference.I was in to print some pictures that were very sentimental after losing a family member.I had gone to happy snaps in town but the staff were rude and unhelpful and I left. Sue helped me load my images on to the screens seeing I was a little agitated and couldn't get them to load . She then printed and cut them to the frame sizes for me. Clearly noticing I was upset she went out of her way to make this tedious task as easy for me as possible and offered a kind word.Some times it takes one small gesture to make a really terrible day a little easier.Thank you very much

Lady today was extremely helpful when taking passport photo for my Son after paying check and send at post office and Passport office reject photo. Lady checked it will be accepted and even gave us discount as store was shut for a few minutes when we arrived.

Workers are very helpful and we're able to print our large photos within 20 minutes

Advertising one price online for passport photos then on getting the photos done they said it was more so I said I'll pay the advertised price or go elsewhere so they backed Down

Just had passport sized pictures done at my local Tesco Max Speilmann. There were advertisement pamphlets saying you can get around 10 prints for just 5.99. But after the photo was shot and printed, they charged me £12.99 for just 2 copies! When I inquired , I was explained that, it is because I mentioned that the photos were for visa purpose ( and so they were different!!!!) .So I ended up paying £38.97 for a set of 3 people.I was short of time and the photos were already printed , so i had to pay!But i find that I was taken advantage of , using some technical jargon. I think this is very unfair .On top of that the lady at reception was completely unapologetic and unhelpful.

Most of my photos i believe have been printed, i ordered online. However i received a deck of photos that belonged to someone else. This is a quite evidently a breach of GDPR. I have left a query on the website, i received a automated email saying that my email has been received and they will get back to me. Its been 4 weeks and still nothing.

Excellent service with passport application. Received new passport in 3 days.

Extra special service from Sue who helped me put together a collage of my sadly departed nephew as a memory gift for his Mum.Sue was so understanding and made suggestions for the collage and found a suitable frame both very quickly and politely whilst showing much empathy. I went to Tesco's Mareway in Northampton.I was pleasantly surprised by the seating. Fantastic! Thick moulded hard plastic seat. No need to adjust, just sit down and the screen gives you arrows to adjust your head and face at the right level. Loved it. The booth was so simple to operate. I didn't even know you could pay by contact less plus send receipt to your private e-mail address. Photo's printed very fast. Good quality.
