If I could zero stars I would. Absolute joke staff and Abusive. Stay AWAY at all costs!!! They are also using under handed tactics to sell the gas and not declare. That’s the site on ravensbridge drive.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Required a propane gas cylinder and got exactly what I required.

Had a great level of service from Helen in sales, thank you for your help in assisting me remain a customer of flogas.

its kind of random as to weather they will sell you a bottle, i was sent to halfords to get a camping gaz 907 despite loads being in stock i kind of get the feeling the guy just could not be bothered ,

Went in to enquire about 4.5kg butane. Got told they don't do those, even though they're listed on Flogas's website for sale. Manager didn't care or want to know. Told some other bloke to try B&Q for the one he wanted for his BBQ.

Wow went to pick up a gas bottle and was told none was available but I could see 50 plus bottles.I parked near flogas and rang head office and asked if Leicester branch had any available to pick up they rang Leicester branch and was told yes . I went back to the Leicester branch and said head office told me you have some to pick up . The last 10 plus times Iv tried to purchase from Leicester branch they say come back another day or none available when I can see they have plenty. This makes me feel they really don’t want your custom and are extremely happy sitting in the office all day . I really wish I could leave them 0 stars as 1 seems way to many for these guys . Stay clear
