I phoned initially because the letter I was sent had someone else’s name on. I phoned back a few days later with a query and spoke to a very helpful lady who said she would ring back by the end of the week. By 3pm on Friday I hadn’t been phoned back so I rang & asked for the lady by name as she knew why I was ringing. Unfortunately the senior partner decided to answer my call himself and I can only describe his attitude as unpleasant. Bordering on obnoxious really and I hope I never have to have any dealings with this firm again.

I employed this company to help me with the recovery of some debt. They completely mishandled the process. Consequently, I took them to the small claims court to recover the fees they charged me……..in advance. They couldn’t even get their act together to file their defence within the two-week response period the court afforded them.If they cannot even defend themselves what possible hope can there be for their clients?Oh, and watch out for the old “it was in my spam folder” classic when they fail to respond to your calls and emails.In summary, abandon hope all ye who enter here.

I have never known such an unprofessional firm. I have been waiting over 8 years for them to complete the probate of my relatives will and still no idea of when it may be resolved. Their communication is atrocious and when they do finally respond they blame HRMC or their accountants for the delay. They never provide enough information and thus I am constantly in the dark about what's going on. At this point I am seriously considering reporting them
