Good service with friendly staff. Not keen on the sausages in the bap, also a lot of flies around which put us off our food.

The OK Diner could be renamed the Just About OK Diner - it's looking a little tired, the food was okay but not great and the staff seemed to have to make an effort to appear cheerful.Essentially, it's a themed roadside café but most American themed Diners are about the heyday of big shiny cars and motorbikes, youths gathering around the jukebox with a sense of excitement and expectation. This place sadly didn't exude any of that charm.What was odd was either the tables are too high or the seats too low - I'm an averagely proportioned adult male but felt quite uncomfortable.All places like this were probably hit hard by the pandemic, so perhaps these comments are a little unfair but the tiredness looked fairly longstanding.

Always a safe and tasty stop when on a long journey. The Ladies are friendly and polite and the food is plentiful and good value for money.

Always great service here. The food is great and the milkshakes are to die for! Some days we drive up the A1 just for a milkshake.Become an OK Rocker" and also get 15% discount on your bill"

This is a unique experience in the UK, a proper US diner. Great service, good food, fantastic atmosphere. It was very busy on the day, but the best food option on this part of the A1.

First time at this OK Diner but we were pleasantly surprised as we didn't think they could be better than previous visits to other diners. Friendly welcome delicious breakfast and the americano was fab!!

If u want to have a bit of American dream , and feel like walking on Broadway try the OK dinner , is lovely , hot food and the best milkshakes in the world !

Mega popular American style diner on the northbound A1 just outside of Stamford.Waffles, pancakes, burgers, milkshakes, root beer, and hot cor-fee, it's all here with shiny chrome and pink and blue booths.It is often really busy, and you may have to wait for a table.On one visit, we were first in as they opened, by the time we left, they'd had a coach party and two large family groups. They didn't so much open as explode with humanity.
