What can I say about those guy work here,I been too many places before but I find this place the best place to come for your cars need,always fix my car right away 10/10 had my Honda done today.

The guys replaced all my tyres in less than half an hour. They are very organised and get the job done properly.

Good service and friendly staff. Very popular garage so can be quite busy, but if you want great service it's worth the wait

1. when I got there the gentleman said that black circles had not shared my contact info due to GDPR and said that I had only booked a morning slot and that they were really busy implying they might not be able to get it done on time. I said that I had only been given the option of AM and PM and suggested that they should take it up with black circles if the booking did not match the capacity. He suggested I should do this. I explained I needed it done in the morning as I was traveling down south in the afternoon.Anyhow I was happy to drop off and come back and they had it done in good time.2. Got back, collected the car. Steering wheel was dirty with grime - not great.3. 3 mins within getting into the motorway the tyre pressure light activates.Pulled into services. The tyre pressure on one of the new tyres was 19psi. Almost HALF of what it should be. Some of the others were a bit low too.Point 1 may be a bit of confusion and stress on a busy day - I can accept that.Point 2 - shows a lack of basic care for peoples vehiclesPoint 3 - dangerous and negligent. You have ONE job when changing a tyre.Good customer service would be to check the pressure in all other tyres too.First time and LAST time I use this garage I'm afraid.

Booked an appoinment through the website Protyre for free check an alignment in Bradford. When I arrived in this garage on time - everyone were busy. I was surprised when the administrator said that I need to wait about 2 hours or rebook and come in another day. I decided to wait and after 1,5 hour they did check an alignment and fix problem. Than I was surprised again because Administrator said It cost £40". However

Went to get traction for my car tyres. They went and reversed my car into a wall and then did not tell me. Only found out as I was watching the CCTV cameras in the reception. No apology given but was told they will fix it and not to go through insurance. They were unable to fix it after 4 rounds of trips going back to them and then they fobbed me off. Analogue rude staff to think they damaged my car no apology given and weren’t able to fix for the damages !!!Will be going to motor FOS to raise a higher complaint as they cut your calls when you ring through !!

Friendly, professional, and honest. Highly recommended, but book early cos they are popular.

Booked online for my MOT which was easy to do. Got a phone call from the manager on the day to confirm everything. Unfortunately the MOT tech was away but they didn’t mess around and used another garage located nearby, took my car there and brought it back. Staff were friendly, helpful and straight talking which was a nice change. I’d definitely be using this garage again and I’d definitely recommend after my experience today!
