We purchased through Dacres and although not being their client directly, it felt like we were. Vicki was incredibly professional and responsive during the process, which took a little longer than we had expected due to the current market circumstances. We were regularly kept informed of milestones and issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. If we ever sell, it will be through Dacres - thank you Vicki!

A truly horrible experience as a tenant and purchaser. This was the opposite of what I expected from an estate agents. I would have hoped to have received from an established company a lot better service.Certainly, the same level of customer service as a paying sales client. When I raised my concerns i was told in no uncertain terms that I wasn’t a client (a purchaser) so would not be afforded the same service by the employee Virginia as the paying client. Extremely poor communication, even when escalated to the branch manager, who simply defended his staff and made no efforts to resolve a prolonged difficult purchase.The company were however willing to discuss my purchase with a 3rd party (my landlord) against all Data Protection regulations. Problem solving and sales progression was non- existent and I had to make suggestions and check progress to ensure that the basics were done. The company didn’t provide the basic care or attention despite this purchase requiring some prioritisation and escalation. Even upon completion the staff continued to be unhelpful and rude. Finally, I hope I never have to deal with the company again.

Excellent service from the initial visit to conduct a valuation, accompanied viewings, advice, negotiations throught to sale and completion.All the staff were engaged, motivated, polite and professional

Dacres are what all estate agents should be,we have used both the bramhope office and the Ilkley office and they are superb,not just box tickers but actual estate agents who know what they are talking about,..spot on

Very poor communication. Made offer at asking price yet Dacres didn't keep vendors informed and I had to intervene personally to stop others viewing and buying. My purchase has been delayed since end of October because new build ( being sold by Dacres ) is not fit for signing off. Have yet to get a completion date.. Not a word from Dacres since mid December! Am only glad they are not dealing with my sale!

New build team knew less information than us. Got told that a contract was just a piece of paper and didn't mean a thing.

I can't thank Vicki and her team enough for all their professionalism and tenacity in getting my flat purchase completed on time despite the numerous delays thrown at them! It was a real pleasure working with you - great service. Thank you :-)
