Wow what great 5 star service ! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Called & spoke to Karen at Adam’s & Sons as it’s 25 degrees out & my car aircon had stopped working ! .First time I’ve used this garage , from start to finish Karen made me feel like a valued customer.When on the phone there was no mention of the fact it was a Friday afternoon , instead I was asked if I could bring my car over they would then fit me in , take a look at it and fix it if possible.The team & Adam’s & Sons did just that !Thanks for your faultless response .Mark S

I went to the mechanics. If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed a replacement tyre quickly due to a puncture. Charged me £75. After it was showing low air, at least once a month min I ham having to reinflate only that one.On the day of dripping my car in, it was supposed to be done first thing, was told the delivery was wrong at lunch so the company was bringing the correct one and would try to get it done by end of the day.I was still waiting at the end of the day as it was late being redelivered. Granted they fitted it rather than making me wait until the next day.However.... The tyre was not brand new..... I have had the tyre looked at, turns out it was 2nd hand and it was replaced with a tyre that had a puncture.I swear they saw a female in need and thought she will have no idea about this so we can do what they want!!!I wont see that money again, and now i have to pay out for a new one!!!Having received a phone call from the manager today upset about my review. And told them moved out of the area so that’s why I didn’t follow up!!!!! Forgot to mention that in reply!I was advised he didn’t want to argue about it. No one was arguing on my end. Couldn’t get a word in edgeways.Look everyone is entitled to their opinions on their experiences. That is what reviews are for. Please do not call me again to tell me how disappointed you are. Not professional of a manager!Thank you

Bought a Hyundai i10 from Adams & Sons a few weeks ago. Have deliberately waited to post a review until we could sensibly appraise the car. And we're really happy with our purchase - looks like we've bought a great car, got it at a fair price, and was a pleasure to deal with Owen over the purchase. Had a great experience in buying my car from Adams and Sons. Never bought a car remotely, but Owen alleviated any concerns and I felt in trustworthy hands. I had a detailed video walk through and very smooth process to finalise the sale. Fred was excellent, taking care to drive the car down to London for me. Highly recommended.

So far, so good! The car I bought is great and suits my needs perfectly. It was very well presented and a couple of small dents dealt with before I picked it up. No hard sell" or pressure to buy and Owen was very knowledgeable

Can’t fault Adams and Sons at all, had a few teething issues with my Astra but they were all quickly sorted with lots of apologies (even though it wasn’t their fault!) I would recommend these guys to anyone and I know exactly where I’m coming for my next car! Huge thanks to Owen & Karen for their A1 customer service, if you’re looking for a car, here’s the place!
