Poor if I could give their customers service zero stars I would. promise after promise to call me back with regards to work they are carrying out on behalf of northern power grid. calls and emails of complaint and again nothing. damage to car and property wall but not bothered just told to go through insurance! think northern power should change contractor!!!!!

Very poor service, staff have no idea what is happening when you ring them, waited months for them to do work and still waiting. Possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Wish Northern Power would stop using Clancy Docwra and save customers from being disappointed.

Scuffed the paintwork on my car when carrying out work on my driveway, instead of asking me to move my car (I was home all day) they squeezed past carrying equipment / plastic barriers. Only spotted they were on the property too late.

None of the emergency numbers worked. The temporary road covering behind our house installed by Clancy failed as we drove over it causing the back wheels to drop into a trench. It was a nightmare for 4 days trying to get them to take responsibility. Bullying conversations from their claims department, no formal complaints procedure..shambolic for 'the biggest construction company in the UK'...i hate to think of anyone else going through what we did, especially if they are a person on their own
