Took an iPhone 11 in for a new battery . Told it was £50 for a genuine Apple part and paid . Collected the phone , following day it’s showing 81% battery availability. Took the phone back and complained and I was told they fit refurbished batteries , not new for that price Apple don’t sell refurbished batteries so a complete lie . An absolute con. Got a refund . I’ll be going to a reliable repairer and it will be interesting to see if they even took the original apple battery out , or just said they’d replaced it and gave it me back . I’ll never go to them again . Any reputation gained must have been the previous owner . They also wanted password to unlock the phone ? No thanks . Be very careful

under new management…. Diagnosed and fixed my iPhone fault quickly while I waited. Great service and is where I will go for all my future phone/iPad issues. Highly recommend

Always bring my devices here, the chap is very polite and always explains what the problem is.Unfortunately on this occasion he was unable to save my tablet ( a new one it is then).This hasn't deterred me as the service is excellent.

Great service from Aly. Had issue with daughters iPad Air not charging (not the usual fluff on the port). Turned out to be a faulty IC chip which would have obviously cost a fortune for Apple to repair as out of warranty. Aly sorted out for a great price and kept us informed of progress which was a nice touch. Would recommend.

Excellent prompt free assessment of damaged mobile. Needed new battery, a part and reconstruction. Paid £80 but considerably less than a new mobile and will probably be fine for some years to come contrary to what the mobile phone shops would have you believe! Ready for collection within a day.
